"Get used to it, kid," I snort, trying to give them some half-assed hope. They'll need it in this shitty place. I doubt they'll stay longer than a few weeks. A month, tops. And then I look over and realize she isn't a kid at all.

Never done a story like this, I hope you like it! (this is technically the prologue, but I and probably many of you hate having the chapters mixed up (like when it says "chapter 5" but it's really chapter 4 and all that shit, so this will be chapter one).Also, if you've read my other works, you've probably realized that I'm American and not from the UK!
