Cat!Draco has had enough. He needs to put himself out there. Clearly, Hermione doesn't feel the same way.
Granted, she didn't know he was who he was in Animagus form. But that's neither here nor there!
So he steals her phone and makes a dating profile, keeping a tab open, so that maybe she finds it.
