Chapter 1

"LUCIUS!" Voldemort bellowed. The older Malfoy rushed in seconds later, sweaty and nervous. "Yes, my Lord?"

"I need a cellophane." The snake-like man demanded.

"A….what?"

"A celly thing." Voldemort growled. "They send messages, like owls."

Lucius frowned, "I'm not familiar, my Lord."

Red eyes started into his unblinkingly. Lucius flinched when Voldemort suddenly yelled, without breaking eye contact, "DRACO!"

The younger Malfoy, like his father, appeared seconds later, sweaty and nervous. "Yes, my Lord?"

Voldemort looked back and forth between the two for a moment. "Uncanny."

His red eyes rested on Draco, "I need one of those Teller Tones that the youngsters are using."

"A...cell phone my Lord?" Draco asked in confusion.

"Yes, that is what I said."

They stared at each other for a beat. Dracos eyes nervously flicked to his father before he hesitantly reached into his pants pocket and retrieved a little black rectangle.

"You can...use mine, my Lord." He offered slightly reluctantly, Lucius' eyes bugged out a bit.

Voldemort gazed at the phone, gaze hungry.

"Yes….yes...this will do." He took the phone in one hand, and started poking the screen hard with the other long, pale finger.

"Awaken. Awaken I tell you!" The screen lit and he let out a startled hiss.

"BRING FORTH HARRY POTTER!" He shouted at it loudly. The Malfoys flinched in unison.

"No no, my Lord, to call someone you-", he held out his hand in a silent 'May I?' gesture. The dark lord handed him the phone.

Draco tilted so they could both see the phone. "To make a call you go here, the little phone icon, and scroll till you see the name of the person and then you press the call button. See?" He handed the phone back. Lucius watched in silence.

Voldemort followed the instructions and a loud ring blared out. He let out another startled hiss.

The ringing cut out and was replaced by a loud voice. "Draco! What's up ferret dick?!"

Draco closed his eyes, mortified, as did his father.

Voldemort frowned and looked towards Draco. His gaze traveled downwards "Really?" He asked curiously.

"Wha-who is this?" Harry's voice saved Draco from answering.

""IT IS I POTTER, THE DARK LORD." Voldemort shouted.

"Ow! Not so loud!" Harry's pained voice said. "Why are you calling me?"

"I WILL NOT LOWER MY VOICE FOR THE LIKES OF YOU, POTTER!"

"STOP SCREAMING AT ME!"

"OKAY!" Voldemort bellowed out. He abruptly adopted a calm demeanor. "Now, onto business. Potter I require your presence at the Malfoy house, Saturday, at exactly 3 o'clock."

"And….why would I agree to that?" Harry asked rightfully skeptical.

Voldemort hissed, "Because if you don't show up I will break into your house and kill your family."

Potter snorted, "Is that really the best you could come up with? I mean, really? Everyone and their bloody mothers know that me and my relatives hate each other."

Voldemort looked to the Malfoys, who were staring at him in a dumbfounded silence, for confirmation.

Lucius nodded, Draco pulled out a small notebook from his jacket and wrote something down quickly.

"Very well then, what would make you agree?" Voldemort asked slowly.

Potter contemplated for a few moments. "Hmmm..okay I'll go on one condition. I get to ask you five questions and you have to swear to answer them honestly."

Voldemort laughed, (a huffing sort of hissing sound) "Is that all…Very well, I agree to the terms. Don't be late."

He tried to end the call by pressing a random button, failing, and accidently turned on video call.

Harry's shocked green eyes met shocked red ones.

Voldemort looked wondrously at the slightly pixelated boy. "How did you get in there?"

Harry was going to answer but the phone angle was showing him right up Voldemort's nostrils.

Harry gagged and quickly hung up.

Silence.

Voldemort blinked.

More silence.

".....How rude."

"Summon me a mirror."
