”Okay, you got this, Tony, you’re a genius playboy philanthropist. You got this.” he mumbles, looking down at the blue boy in his arms, who groans in complaint when his body is jostled around. As he’s speeding back to campus, Loki starts to wake up, though it quickly becomes obvious just how unaware of his surroundings he is.
“Peter…?” he questions, grabbing onto Tony’s arms, eyes still closed. “No,” he huffs out a gentle laugh, slowing ever so slightly to make the teen more comfortable, “can Peter fly?” the boy scrunches his eyebrows at that, looking confused, “Thor?” and he swears on DUM-E, that if it weren’t for the fact that he was holding a teenager, he might’ve passed out.
“Thor? As in, Thor Odinson?” Loki nods, curling up more, seemingly due to the cold of Tony’s armor. “No- no I’m not.” at hearing that he’s not either of the possible people he had thought of, Tony watches as Loki tries to open his eyes, but seemingly gives up after a minute.
It feels as if it takes forever, but, finally, they reach the door they needed to go to. When Natasha opens the door, seeing his face in a suit of armor, she simply nods, looking more concerned about who he’s carrying. Despite the look she’s giving him, he can only feel his sense of urgency grow.
“Is Helen here?”
