Tony hasn't seen Steve Rogers since they were both kids because Steve had some horrible tragedies strike right after leaving Tony. In Steve's memory of events his little brother got very ill and died and his father was killed in a car accident not long after. Steve hasn't been back to that quaint little oceanside town since his brother and father both died.But now that he is grown and attending college, he needs a good place to live near campus. Tony, Steve's childhood friend has the perfect solution. Tony's family owns a very large, older, building that is in need of some work and Tony's family will allow Steve to stay there rent free as long as he fixes the place up a bit and takes care of it.Upon their reunion, Tony and Steve are on the beach when a naked (clearly Omega) stranger comes out of the ocean and interrupts them.
