Chapter 10
Hulk running after Rogers trying to SMASH him.
Tony: (Just arrived at the scene after hearing the news of Bruce's arrival) Hulk! Hulk what are you doing? (Starts running after the hulk)
Hulk: (Looking angrier than during the Chitauri invasion) Bad blue man hurt Tin man. Hulk smash bad blue man. (continuing to chase Rogers)
Tony: (Turning to Loki lounging on a lawn chair looking at hulk with heart eyes) Loki, what are you doing? Tell him to stop. He always listens to you.
Loki: (Scoffing) I don't stop justice being dealt.
Tony: (Turning to Stephen also lounging on the adjoining lawn chair, enjoying the show) Stephen, babe, tell your best friend to tell his boyfriend to stop.
Stephen: (Looking at Tony with a smile) But it's so fun.
Tony: (Exasperated but hit with an excellent idea) If hulk smashes him, you won't have a Rogers to torment for me.
Stephen: (Reluctant but convinced) Loki, we have to make sure he continues to live. So that we can, you know, make sure he is forever miserable.
Tony: (Huffing an incredulous laugh)
Loki: (Also reluctant but conceding, appearing in front of Hulk.)
Hulk: (Screeching to a halt immediately)
Loki: Hulk dear, no smashing. (looking at Rogers with a glare) Unfortunately we require his continued existence for our purposes.
Hulk: (Calmed down, bending down to talk with Loki and increasingly looking like a puppy as Loki pats his cheek) Hulk no smash today?
Loki: (Smiling lovingly) Yes, my beautiful beast.
Rogers: (Panting, recovering from a near death experience) Can I go? (Freezing at a god and a Hulk's twin glares)
Loki: (Sneering) Your measly existence is spared.
Tony: (Sitting on the lounge chair beside Stephen) Thanks babe, I owe you one.
Stephen: (Leaning in asking for kiss, smiling triumphantly after receiving one) We are settled.
Loki and Hulk: (Approaching them)
Tony: (Noticing Loki and Stephen sharing a meaningful look with matching evil grins) You know what? I feel Rogers would have been better off being smashed by the Hulk.
