Identity Reveals
Stevie and Dick's identities come to a head when Tim takes a photo of Nightwing and Captain America kissing. This photo can also get leaked in the super hero communities and maybe even in the regular news. There's some tension with the DC heroes and also some funny moments due to the picture and the identity porn, especially with Stevie.
Talia is the enemy during this time. She comes for Stevie, wanting to get rid of her for "taking" Damian. She expects an easy target and a minor nuisance. However, Talia is completely unprepared for Stevie. Stevie survives and beats her.
Dick gets some grief for his "infidelity" but handles it with grace and while silently laughing at the others. There's a private meeting with the Justice League and the Avengers. They discuss a partnership for the benefit of planet Earth. They come to an agreement. Tim and Jason spy on the meeting to get near Captain America to defend Stevie (who they've gotten attached to by now), maybe with Barbara's help. They are interrupted by Dick, who finds out and steps in to protect Stevie. Stevie decides then to reveal her identity to help Dick. This moment surprises everyone, who was not expecting it. An exception can be Martian Manhunter, who may have heard some things as a mind reader.
Damian will be watching their baby during many of these moments, especially with Talia.
The chapter can end with Dick and Stevie teaming up as Captain America and Nightwing.
