Stevie's Work and Superhero Life
Stevie's secret identity as Captain America is well protected. Every other Captain America had been more of a figurehead that encouraged others and different values. Each Captain America was anonymous until they retired (kind of so anyone can feel like they can be Captain America). When Stevie came back, Captain America once again became an active defender and leader. The team knows Stevie as a consultant, but doesn't know that she's also their leader, mainly because of Coulson's help.
The other Avengers respect and follow Captain America, but they come to see Stevie as a little sister over time. The interactions between Stevie and Tony could be constantly clashing and hilarious. While she's pregnant and on maternity leave, Loki helps cover for her with his illusions, along with Dick and Damian helping more. Loki can also be the reason that Thor doesn't know about Stevie. There will also be times when Stevie brings her child to meetings with her. There can be various reactions to the baby, but Clint immediately gets attached as a father. There can also be a scene later when the baby kisses each Avenger goodbye when leaving.
At some point, they can also meet Dick, probably at a party that Tony invites them to.
