I literally forgot what I named the mc while writing this
She was hanging out with Shisui.
She was hanging out with Shisui.
She was, understandably, over the moon. She would make sure to get to their little hang out spot, which ended up being a sweets shop of all things, at least 30 minutes early. She could tell it amused him and he would try to reach a few minutes earlier the next time but would always be shocked to see how early she would actually get there the next time.
It was becoming more of a competition now.
She supposed she didn't mind. That grin he would give her later made it all worth it.
Her mother thinks she needs psychological help. Which, she probably does if she was honest, was a bit rude because who really wants their daughter to go to therapy? Not the Uchiha.
And so, she reached her newest favorite spot [It was her favorite because she met with Shisui there] to meet up with Shisui, arriving an hour before their agreed time. And there he was, the love of her life. He was chatting with the waitress. Was it just her or was he looking more handsome today?
Oh, he was wearing casual clothes. And did his hair. God, she was sure her face had a blush on it by now because how could someone look so good and be waiting for her of all people?
"Looks like I finally got here before you."
She blinked at that before laughing. She couldn't believe that he had actually done it. She supposed she had been getting predictable by now. It was the first time she felt so calm yet so excited to see someone.
She was having a lot of first times with Shisui. Her first laughs in this life, her first experience of waiting for someone happily, her first time being able to talk to someone about sweets and crows of all things, and even her first time of falling in love. She really wanted to cry while thinking of how if he dies this time then she might just kill herself again.
She had enough of him dying already.
So, she prayed in her heart while chatting with Shisui.
"Do you remember the crow? I named it Shi-chan!"
And he looked so amused at her.
"Before you say anything, its cause I met it the day I met you."
She said, as if it explained everything. Luckily for her, he chuckled and said how terrible her naming skills were.
"Do you even know the gender of the crow?"
"Crows have gender?"
He actually laughed at her question.
"We've been talking about crows for 4 days, and you don't even know if they genders?"
She was embarrassed about that. She remembered every single conversation they have ever had and she had forgotten to even think that crows have gender of all things. Goddammit, she needed to stop fantasizing about Shisui's smile and laughs and focus on how to woe him or something.
At least they were going on dates(?) often now.
Was it dates if Shisui considered them as meeting up with a friend? Yea, they were.
And so she just admitted she was dumb and watched Shisui sigh at her response. She was eventually informed that he was leaving on a mission and by the way Shisui let out a surprised sound and tried to comfort her by telling her he would be back soon, she guessed that the face she made was kind of bad.
