Note
This is going to be not nicely written. It's just going to be bullshit because I love Shisui and I'm delusional. Also, periods are mentioned so don't interact if you don't like them.

Mikoto [IS SO GOOD LOOKING WTF]

She was acting as though she didn't know how to cook. It was working considering her mom didn't notice. At least, they were getting nice bonding time out of her learning her housewife things. Really, who knew so much work went into being a good housewife.

"I wanna go out today."

And that was what made her mom look at her like she was some kind of alien.

"You?"

"Don't act so surprised. I do go out at times, you know."

"You can't count going in the garden as going out."

"It does count."

Her mom just sighed, and she just shrugged and gave her that cheeky grin before running off outside.

"HIMEKO! You can't just leave like that!! What about the food?! It's gonna burn!"

Too bad, she was already out by then.

She had more important things to ponder. Like, does it count if she's lived 3 lives before to be older than Shisui? She hasn't grown mentally. And she did only watch the war as a ghost or something. And she never even made it past the age of 17.

Well, she'll figure it out later.

And so off she went.

To the vegetable market. To find the clan head's wife, who she also happened to find to be very pretty, and totally didn't want to be like her. No way.

She found him with a baby. A small child. Around 5, she thinks. And said, "damn, that's a duck ass right there." Mentally. Or she would have died there and her chances of being the niece of Uchiha Mikoto would be zero. [Headcanon: Mikoto is Shisui's aunt.]

But she has some self control and only smiles and waves at the woman from a far while looking around confused at the various vegetables. Eventually, Mikoto has enough and comes up to her.

"Are you looking for something, dear?"

She nods, way too awed by her beauty.

She thinks she looks like a child, and shy because apparently her being speechless looks like she's shy because her emotions don't translate well into her facial expressions, with her nodding quietly. Mikoto chuckles.

"Well, you'll have to say it for me to know."

"I'm looking for some mushrooms, coriander and cauliflower."

Mikoto smiled again and lead her to the specific sections of each of those things. While making small talk. She didn't seem to have a problem at her awkward short answers. Seems to be amused if anything. Oh right, she remembered all of her family being socially awkward aside from Mikoto herself.

And so of course, her walls all come down and she starts to show her colors.

"So you're doing nothing these days?"

"Nope. I'm just lazing around, annoying my mom. She's sick of me."

Mikoto laughs.

"Well, are you open to babysitting then?"

That seemed to get Sasuke's attention away from his tomato which looked exactly like his cheeks, all squishy and cute.

"I don't need a babysitter."

And Mikoto handled him perfectly.

"Of course you don't, I know you can take care of yourself but, you'll need help taking care of the house right?"

Of course she chose to inflate that little ego. Ok, maybe she was still salty that Sasuke didn't hear her remarks when he was in his revenge era. She was a ghost, so it was understandable. But still, she didn't like the only Uchiha going around acting like a little sh*t. Even she has some pride of being an Uchiha.

And while crying, in her heart, she declined the offer. Cause she had seen enough of little kids. And she has a murder-y plan to fulfil.

She's actually kind of busy, you know.
