Y/N NEVER. Ever. thought this would happen in her life. I mean, to be fair, WHO DOES???
Walking into Hogwarts is mind-blowing, astonishing, and on top of all those lovely things, terrifying!
Why, you ask? How could a magnificent wizard castle school be terrifying? (unless, I suppose, you're afraid of wizards...or giant buildings? Which is possible, to be fair. The ceilings are so high that it feels like they could cave in and smush you like a little bug! Anyway,)
Well, that is unfortunately an easy question to answer.
Y/N was following none other than Draco and Lucius Malfoy, who had both discovered her secret. In case you forgot, her secret is that she is in fact NOT Draco's "fairy godmother", and she is not from this Time or this Universe, and will soon be in great trouble. With whom, she is not sure, but you can never be too worried!
Lucius and Draco are walking very fast, which Y/N thinks is quite rude. The least they could do is slow down a little! I mean, we are talking FAST walking here. As in, asshole kid in the school hallway. You know what I mean.
Lucius is wearing a weird long wizard cape that swishes impressively behind him as he practically runs down hallways with GINORMOUS ceilings, and Draco and Y/N desperately try to keep up. Again: RUDE!
They reach a large staircase, and Y/N is once again overcome with shock and awe... at the stairs. Well you can't blame her! They're not only large, but MOVING!
Lucius steps onto the crazy stairs and Draco follows, but Y/N pauses, because who wouldn't?
Oh god. Is she really about to hop onto a moving staircase and possibly be shot by mean wizards or something?
No.
Oh good! Y/N thinks.
You would be Avada Kedavra'd, not shot.

Well, its now or never!
Y/N has no idea how these crazy wizards ride these stairs to get places all the time. Like, how does it even work? What if you need to get somewhere and the stairs just turn and you can't get to your destination? And why is it like that in the first place? Didn't Harry and Ron get lost multiple times in their first year? Why would it-
Y/N is rudely interrupted from her very important stair thought (and the stupidity of these wizards) when they reach what she recognizes as Dumbledores... office? She's not sure of the word.
"Whoa..." Y/N can't help but murmur, which of course makes Draco whip his head around to glare at her.
What an idiot! Y/N no longer likes him, she thinks angrily, knowing that's not entirely true. But he is so stupid! He just believed her that she was his fairy godmother, which turns out to not even be a real thing? What the hell is wrong with him...
Suddenly, the big thing turns around and Y/N guesses that Lucius has said that password to let them in, and they begin walking up the short staircase to meet...
Dumbledore.
He sits at his desk, with his long white beard disappearing behind the table which is...kinda very weird, and he's weird one of those funny wizard hats. His eyes twinkle behind his glasses and Y/N really gets the vibe that twinkle puts out.
Would you like to hear about this twinkle instead of continuing with the plot? Yes.
You see, this twinkle just reminds Y/N of all those times his eyes twinkle in the books, instead of like, telling Harry important information. Seriously. Its like, I can see you have knowledge bro, tell me. And also how does he make them do that? It gives the impression that he is all knowing, old, and a little bit crazy. But also kind, in an old man way.
"Well well well, Lucius. What a pleasant surprise! And Draco, too. And who might this be?" He asks, peering over his little glasses quizzically, his stupid eyes still twinkling.
Lucius almost opens his stupid mouth but Y/N beats him to it.
"I'm Y/N"
