Snakes of A Scale [DISCONTINUED]

So, uh.

Hi.

Usually, the excuse for an extremely delayed chapter would be something like, "I had a lot going on" or "My family decided to do things and drag me along for the ride".

Technically not wrong, but I literally woke up one morning and stretched so hard, I pulled a neck muscle. It took 3 hours to regain enough strength and mobility to power through my pain to sit up and get out of bed. Later, I started to feel lightheaded and my vision turned static, and then I collapsed and fainted while fully conscious. After that, I was restricted to a gaming chair as a substitute wheelchair. I was later told that when I collapsed, my entire face turned blue-purple, and I nearly died because the blood flow to my head was cut off and my body shut itself down for a couple of seconds.

Did I mention that we never called the ambulance? Or went to a doctor? Yeah, that too. And my neck now has a probably permanent tilt to the left, and my head to the right.

The next day, I had friends over. Some of them stayed the night. The day after, after they left, my family celebrated New Years, I missed the fireworks and stayed up until past 1 am. Yesterday afternoon we went to church because New Years and my parents are Christian, but I am not.

Yeah, I literally almost died in my own house like, 3 days ago. 

Anyway, no real excuse for not updating since I had so much extra time so sorry for the delay. I actually forgot what I had planned because this story was an impulse and built on random thoughts. Enjoy whatever monstrosity this is. 

Sorry to say to all of you people anticipating the journey of these idiots, but I might drop this. Or something similar.

This idea was so old, like all my other ideas. But the thing is, it's not fleshed out enough for me to see a real payoff. Like I said earlier, this was started and continued out of pure impulse. I'm not particularly enjoying this.

Actually, I'm just typing down my thoughts as they come, and really thinking about it, I'm probably just going to really slow down on the updates on this so I can really focus on the fatter brain worms I have. This fic is probably going to be a permanent backburner story that I'll only update when I'm procrastinating on other stories or I just have some random thoughts that I decide to channel into this.

So this is most likely going full crack fic. Feel free to leave any ideas in the comments. Just go full crackhead mode, the crazier, the more likely I'll explore it. But otherwise, we're doubling down on the "once in a blue moon" updates for this.
