A Better Man
Quentin Beck had some time to think after Civil War, and when he calmed down, he decided to show the world that he's a better hero than Tony. He uses the illusion technology but also does real stuff. When he encounters the grieving Spider-Man trying to get over his third father figure dying, Beck takes him under his wing, and no one finds out Spider-Man's identity.
Some years later the new generation and their mentors are caught in a temporal spell that throws them all over different realities. All those realities are dying in some way and Beck realizes that theirs was the future of the one they're currently in. They work together to save the new branch of reality and bring their group back together, and in the process Beck realizes how to and forgives Tony for the assumed ridicule of his technology.
Then they find out that their original world was destroyed in the spell, but they manage to use the Infinity stones as a group to pull over the memories of some of their loved ones (it works because the stones across all the realities are connected) and everyone lives happily ever after.
