Cat!Theo told Cat!Draco their fathers were being released from prison early over some technicality in the trials. But he also suspected bribery.
"I think I've been very patient with you," Cat!Theo meowed. "I've basically been the only person doing anything at Potions 'n' Parchments for months now. You need to come back. Lucius will expect you to take over his investments and truly become the Malfoy heir now. Marry a Pureblood. Continue the line. You've had your fun with Granger. Now leave her alone."
Cat!Draco meowed back that it wasn't like that.
Cat!Theo hissed. "You've made a fool of her. Where do you see this going anyway? Do you think she'll ever forgive you for doing this to her? As if Hogwarts wasn't enough? The War? You think she'll ever let you sleep in her bed as you? Not after you lied to her for almost a year, watch her undress and get naked; take Wizards home? Not everything belongs to you, Draco."
It was the last line that did it. Cat!Draco didn't know why, but something about Cat!Theo talking about Hermione not being his had him seeing red.

After Hermione hit Cat!Theo's rump with the broom brush, he hissed back. "Three months. That's it. I mean it. Or I'll tell her everything ... in human form."
Hermione came home late after drinking with Ron and Harry, celebrating the Werewolf legislation being passed.
She smelled like honey and jasmines … and fire whiskey. She picked him up and danced with him around the living room, smothering him with kisses.
“Hi Lynx, I misssssssssseeeddddd youuuuuuu. How did I ever liveeeeeeee withoutttttttttt you?”
After she passed out on the couch, Cat!Draco knew he was fucked.
