Aftermath of the full moon and Jegulus
The full moon was difficult as always but Remus had James and Peter to cheer him up, he had Sirius to stay with him during and he had Lily to help him take care of everything afterwards.
Remus was very thankful for all his friends.
"Lily you know you don't have to do this" Remus admitted
"I know, but I can't even do that much. I think if I touched your skin your boyfriend would kill me in my sleep" Lily chuckled
"Sirius, come over here please" Remus called out
"What is it?" Sirius asked
"I love you", he started, "thanks for staying with me"
"You know I'd do anything for you" Sirius proclaimed
"Thanks"
James entered the room.
"Hey mate, how's it going?" James inquired
"It's alright, your girlfriend takes good care of me" Remus joked
"Yeah, by the way my girlfriend.", James began,
"Hey Lily. A word?"
"Something wrong?" Lily question cautiously
"Nothing wrong, just a word?" James practically begged
"Alright" she obliged
"Sirius. You take over" Lily demanded
"Alrighty"
"So James what is it?" She questioned
"We wanted to talk about our- polyamory...stuff" James hesitated
"Already" Lily asked, directed at herself
James just made a confused face.
"Well I thought maybe I'd give you time to know someone you might be interested in bringing into the relationship." She started explaining
"Yeah...well firstly I might have someone for that and secondly...well I don't want you to feel like your polyamory is just there for my satisfaction." He half stuttered
"So, James, I know my will and I know that I'm just not interested in anyone else right now." Lily cleared up, "James I have the strength and willpower to tell you if something is wrong like that, if something is wrong that includes or affects you I'll tell you"
"Oh, Alright then"
"So?" Lily inquired
"What?" James was confused again
"Who is it? How are they? Are they cute? Or hot?" Lily blabbered
"Erm, I- I don't even know if he'd be interested" James muttered
"Oh so it's a boy?" Lily squealed
James blushed
"You look so cute when you get exited, did you know that?" He blurted out
"James!" Lily said laughing, "but thanks, I know that I'm hot"
"What do we do about the third person thing?" James started, "and also it so close to the end of the year and I don't even know if he's gay or poly and what if he'd hate me and......"
Lily watched her boyfriend worry about how the boy would take it. She wondered...
"James?"
James' head shot up
"Yeah?"
"Were you this nervous about me as well?" Lily asked
"Yeah, if not worse actually" James admitted
"That is adorable" she squealed again
"So what about the problem??" James pushed
"You'll get closer to him, kiss him or make out. If he asks about us just tell him we have an arrangement or something." She explained
"Are you sure that's fine with you?" James inquired
"I mean, you'll still spend time with me, I hope. Anything other is just polyamory again. I consent to you doing that and therefore it's not cheating." Lily stated
"You're wonderful and genius" James said kissing his girlfriend
"I know" Lily teased
"Hey Sirius, how's the patching up going?" Lily laughed
"It's fine Lily, really" Remus excused, "you really don't have to do that."
"I think we really do" James added
"I'm not worth it anyway" Remus meant
"Remus" Sirius chimed in
"You know, my father always told me I'm unlovable because monsters are unlovable." He explained
"You know that's not right" Peter hoped
"I'll just tear up my flesh next full moon anyway" Remus elaborated, "though I must say, the wolf has gotten calmer with my pack running around with me"
"Moony" Sirius said touched

It was almost the end of the school year and Sirius was happier than ever.
"Siri, what's up with you" Regulus asked, he was glad he finally had gotten the chance to talk to his brother, alone
"I'm so happy" Sirius giggled
"Sirius are you high?" Regulus interrogated, his face seeming cold
"No I'm not, for real. I'm just happy that I-, I mean we get to leave." He explained
"Leave?" Regulus questioned
"Leave that hell hole you call home!" Sirius exclaimed
"Sirius, I- you know I can't. Please don't leave me" the younger one begged
"Reggie, you're coming with me", Sirius had already decided, "I'm leaving and I'm not leaving without you!"
"Where will we go?" Regulus inquired cautiously
"I- don't know...or I'm not sure yet but we'll figure something out" Sirius promised
"Siri I'm scared, I don't know if I can do this" Reg worried, "what if they come and take us back"
"They won't, they're too proud for that...but if they do then I'd rather die than let them take you" Sirius stated
"Ok"
"But it's crutial for you to absolutely do what I say once it's time. Can you do that?" he made sure
"I will, I promise" Regulus assured

"Hello Regulus" a voice from behind him called
"What is it James?" Regulus instantly recognized his brother's best mate
"I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out with me a little bit?" James asked sitting down close to Regulus
The black haired boy blushed
"James I'm studying" Reg excused
"For what? Finals are over" James poked around
"I don't know, I just can't fall behind" Regulus asserted
"Please?" James teased coming closer to Regulus
He could smell James' cologne.
"Fine" Reg sighed, "where do you want to go?"
"Lake?" The brow haired boy suggested
"Alright" he accepted

"James" Regulus started, "why am I actually here?"
"Well...I don't know", James tried to get out of it, "I guess I just wanted to hang out with you"
"James, what am I doing here?", the boy repeated
James stayed mostly silent but let out a weak laugh
"Do you know what you're doing to me?" Regulus groaned
"No actually, I don't. Please tell me if I've done something." James begged
Regulus remembered a conversation he'd had with Lily
"Reg, you have to tell the guy some day." Lily insisted
"Lils, the guy has a girlfriend. He won't just leave her for me and even if he did...what about the girl?" Regulus despaired
" Firstly you don't know whether or not he'd leave her. And secondly you know how I'm poly?" Lily explained, only being interrupted by regulus nodding
"Other people are poly too or they might have an open relationship. Just try, it won't hurt." Lily assured
Reg had decided he needed to tell James. School would be over in two weeks anyway and then he'd be at home anyway. He had nothing to lose, right?
"James" Regulus tried to say something, "I- I've been..."
He was interrupted by James kissing him. Everything was suddenly spinning and next thing Reg knew he was lying on the grass with James on top of him.
Both boys were furiously blushing.
"James I-" Regulus tried to start
"Don't talk right now" James asserted
"Ok" Reggie obliged
"Do you like this?" James questioned, holding Regulus' hand
"What?" Regulus required more information
"Me? This? Holding my hand? Me kissing you?" James provided more details
"I mean..." Reg hesitated, "I've...you know...liked you for a while now"
"Me too" James admitted
"What about Lily?" Regulus worried
"I've talked to her, this is absolutely consensual" James assured
"Have you broken up or am I a "third" ?" Regulus assumed
"Well... we're still like...erm- just dating, like us two but I'm hoping later we're all three dating or something similar." James tried to explain
"Oh, alright" Regulus reacted
"Erm, is there anything I have to be aware of or?" He asked
"I mean no not really but I'd really prefer if you stopped kissing that Crouch boy." James answered
"Ok"
