Harry, to get away from the memories of the war, travels the world. He comes across an island where the people (all muggles) welcome him with open arms. Harry finds peace there more than anywhere else he has traveled. At first, he thinks about continuing to travel, but can't bring himself to. With the help of the Islanders, he builds a house on the edge of the jungle near the beach where he sits and enjoys the view every day. He also masks potions as herbal remedies to help heal the islanders. After something happens he exposes his magic to heal someone from a fatal injury. Fearing rejection he tries to leave but the muggles beg him to stay.
Somewhere in there he and a muggle woman OFC fall in love.
She is a single mother of a young boy who was conceived during a one-night stand with a man who died before she found out she was pregnant. She is wary about starting a relationship with Harry because she doesn't know if he will accept her son. Her resolve weakens when she sees how good he is with him.
