Figuring it out
Sirius and Remus exchanged tired glances as Ember's cries echoed through the room. They had thought they were ready for this, but caring for a newborn was proving to be tougher than they imagined.
"Let's try swaddling her again," Remus suggested, his voice worn out.
Nodding, Sirius gently wrapped Ember in a blanket, her amber eyes wide with curiosity as she looked up at him.
"She's got your eyes," Sirius said proudly.
"And your stubbornness," Remus added with a small smile.
Ember cried again, her tiny fists waving in the air. Sirius felt a pang of frustration. He was used to facing challenges, but this was a whole new level.
"We'll figure it out, Moony," Sirius said, giving Remus a reassuring kiss, "We always do".

Meanwhile, Evanlynn was enjoying her sleepover at James and Regulus's. As she snuggled into her makeshift bed on the couch, surrounded by blankets and pillows, she felt a sense of relief.
"Thanks for letting me stay, uncle James," Evanlynn mumbled sleepily.
"Anytime, sweetie," James replied, tucking her in. "Get some rest now, it can't be easy trying to sleep at home with a crying baby".
With a happy sigh, Evanlynn closed her eyes and drifted off, leaving the chaos of her own home behind for a peaceful night with her uncle's.
