Losing Ground
Albus Dumbledore was NOT a happy camper. His plans were ruined. Not only he didn't have access to his weapon, but he also lost his spy. And on top of that, the Marauders were out of his control, Regulus Black was alive, The Prewett twins were also alive. Who do they think they are, going againt Him! He was Albus Dumbledore, the most powerful Wizard! He beat Grindelwald. Those stupid children should do what he says! They are a bunch of children for Merlin's shake!
If that's not enough, those blasted Marauders turned Grey! GREY! Fenrir Greyback was dead, by Lupin's hand none the less. Now that put an even bigger hole in his plans. How did he manage to kill the alpha? Albus needed answers. He needed the Werewolf King in his pocket! But how? He couldn't use Black.
Oh Black...No not Black, he was now Lord Black. How could this happen? Sirius was disowned, but now he was Lord Black. That was a problem, If Sirius was still on his side, he could've used his new status and his money. But Sirius stuck with Potter and changed sides. And on top of that he was accepted back into the House of Black, and as powerful as Albus was he could not go against Arcturus Black.
Then we have Lily Potter. Oh that was bad, very bad. Lily Potter was the Heiress of Slytherin. She now holds the Lordship in the Wizengamont, but she also has a say in his school. Now he can't use the boys Parseltongue ability to scare him, because that blasted woman was also a Parselmouth! Damit all to Hell! He really started to hate the name Potter. As for James Potter, that insolent brat complained to the entire Wizengamont and now he had to go through a trial. Him Albus Dumbledore had to go to trial because of some brat!

The chamber was in full capacity. Reportes were squized next to each other. The memebers were all there, even the Minister. All except one, Albus Dumbledore and his need for dramatic entrances. James leaned close to Frank and whispered "20 Galeons, he shows up right after the Minister hits the gavel and he'll try to pass it as a 'Misunderstanding'" Frank chuckled "30 Before the gavel and yes, he will use the 'Simple Misunderstanding method'".
"Well, we'll have to wait and see won't we?" whispered Snape under his hood. Remus smirked at the potions Master, Sirius chuckled as he noded to his granfather. Lily had Hadrian on her lap, vica wraped around him, under his shirt. James lifted his eyes and looked at the Minister "Well, looks like our Dear Headmaster is way to busy to be here. So let's start." She went to hit the gavel, when the doors opened with a bang, and in stroded Albus Dumbledore wearing the most hideous robes "I'm sorry for arriving so late, but as you know, I have many responsibilities."
James narrowed his eyes at the very smug Frank and gave him the galeons.
"Esteem members of our Wizengamont. There is no reason to have a full trial for a simple misunderstanding." Albus started, but James wasn't going to let him "Misunderstanding Dumbledore?! You call misunderstanding bursting into my Mannor, accuse me of murder and try to arrest me, without evidence inside my own home?!". The chamber filled with murmrs of agreement. The Minister hit her gavel "Silence! Lord Potter is right. This is a trial Albus Dumbledore. You acused the Lord of the Most Ancient and Noble House of murder. Do you have proof of those accusations?". Albus blinked "Potions Master Severus Snape left me a letter saying someone had captured him and left me a clue".
The new Chief Witch, Madam Longbottom looked at him and narrowed her eyes "And what clue is that?". Albus smiled "It's a phrase my dear Augusta. 'I Solemnly Swear That I Am Up To No Good'. A phrase that was used by the Marauders during theri Hogwarts years. James Potter, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin." Augusta sneered "First of all Dumbledore, you will adress me and everybody in this Chamber by our correct titles! Second are you accusing Lord Sirius Black Head of the Most Anciand and Most Noble House of Black, King Remus Lupin-Black and Lord James Potter for murder, under a slogan they used when they were children? Are you out of your mind?! Lastly Severus Snape was proven to be alive, how was he murdered as you say, and how was he murder by those three?!".
At that James stood, a furious expression on his face. "I'll tell you! This was all Dumbledores plan. He wants something form me! He wants my son! That is why he accused us for murder, He wants to have my child!". At first there was silence, then thunder errupted as everyone started screaming at Dumbledore. "SILENCE! Lord Potter, please explain."
"Certainly. Albus was a constant visitor in our house after Voldemorts demise. He spend endless hours with my son, sometimes he even demanted to be alone with him. Not only that, but a few years back he demanded ςe hand our son to him, sο he could raise him somewhere safe, away from me and my wife!!" The entire room was glaring at Albus. "Albus Dumbledore! What is the meaning of this?! Who do you think you are to demand where an Heir would live?!". It was time for James to deliver the final punch. "It's not only that Minister. Dumbledore used to call almost all of my year in his office during our time in Hogwarts. Sometimes he said he wanted a friendly chat, other he just stared at us for some time. He also offered us candy, apart from that the password to his office was always some muggle candy. And as my Wife pointed out to me, that is a common muggle way that pedophiles kidnap children. My fellow members, try and think.
Do you remember at least one boy, because it was always a male, that went to Headmasters office for no reason?!". Lucius Malfoy stood up "Lord Potter is right! During my Hogwarts years there were always at least three boys up to his office. Severus Snape was one of those boys that were send up to his office. I do remember an insident a few years back. During our breakfast, the Headmaster stoped by out tabel and talked to a year mate of mine, I remembering saying 'Oh and I always enjoy some lollipops'. I didn't think it strange back then. But as Lord Potter points out, it was indeed a shady behavior."
Fabian Prewett stood up. "Lord Malfoy is right. Me and my brother found our way in his office many, many times. He always insisted on offering us some candy. We didn't always accepted, but there were times. Unfortunatelly none of us could remember any of the meetings we had after taking a candy from him." There was only one way to describe the chamber after that. Chaos. Pure unlimited Chaos. Lord Malfoy was pale "I will not send My Heir to a school, with a Pedophile as a Hedmaster!".
"Neither would I"
"My daughter would go to Bauxbattons!"
" I will not send any of my children in that school, if that man stays as a Headmaster"
"He will prey on our children!"
"We entrust our Heirs in his hands!"
"Do you prey on little boys Dumbledore?! You Filth!"
Minister tried to have order. Tried is the key word. They were screaming for his head. Albus looked up at the Marauders and saw the smiles on their faces. And then he finally saw Severus's smug look, he even lifted his hand and waved at him. It was a trap! It was all a trap for him and he walked right into it.
"Members of the Wizengamont. Please this is a simple misunderstanding I'm sure we could resolve this issue peacefully!" He tried, but that only made them angrier. They kept screaming for his head and Aurors had to stun a few people in order for the Minister to be heared. "Albus Dumbledore, things speak for themselves. I have made my descision, but we still need to vote. All those for Albus Dumbledore to be relieved of his place as the Headmaster of Hogwarts please raise your wands." Nearly every wand was up. The verdict was clear. "Albus Dumbledore you are Hereby released of you duties as Headmaster. Now All those for Albus Dumbledore to be relieved form his place as the Chief Warlock please raise your wands". Albus was surprised even people on the light side agreed, only those deep, deep into his pocket voted againts the motion. Alas it wasn't enough and Albus lost this position too. Potter would pay for this dearly!
"Albus Dumbledore, you are hereby released form you Chief Warlock duties! In the case of Severus Snape Murder, we find Lord Jmaes Potter inocent, since the supposed deceased is standing right there!" They turned to look at where the Minister was pointing, only to find Severus Snape right next to James Potter.

After the trial Albus tried to aproach Snape, only to recieve a glare and for him to leave with the Marauders. Albus could swear to this day, that he heared Snape whisper
