Lucius was impressed. Those Marauders managed to get rid of the biggest thorn in his side. Albus Dumbledore, in a simple trial. Lucius was actually thankful for that. Maybe he could approach them at some point. For Merlin's shake they brought Regulus Black back to life and even those Devile Twins. Lucius shivered at the reminder of the Prewetts, it took five of the Dark Lords best Death Eaters to kill them and somehow they still survived. Even Severus sided with them SEVERUS! Who would prefer to lick Dumbledore's nasty wrinkled, dirty arse, than help Potter and Black.
As for their mudblood.....No, she is not a mudblood, she is actually Salazar Slytherin's descendant. She is Lady Slytherin. Merlin, he called Lady Slytherin a mudblood!
To be honest he was conflicted. He needed to find how to act with them. Maybe Narcissa could help him. Black is her cousin after all and Regulus and Severus could speak for him. Yes! That's what he has to do. Now it was time to find his wife.

Lucius Malfoy stood in James Potter's office. Sirius Black, Remus Lupin-Black, Lily Potter-Slytherin, The Prewett Twins, Regulus Black, Frank Longbottom and Severus Snape were there. James Potter looked at him twiddling his thumbs. "So let me see if I understand. You want to change sides and side with us. What makes you think we'll accept that? You are a Death Eater Malfoy, we fought each other countless times. Your friends tried to kill the Twins. Your 'Lord' attacked my home and my family and tried to kill My son. Your other friends killed Frank's dad. You treated Lily like dirt during Hogwarts.
You are a blood purist, a murderer. Why should we waste our time with you? Who is going to guarantee us that in the future, you won't betray us just like you are betraying your 'Lord' right now?". Lucius was taken aback by that. Turns out Potter wasn't as naive as he thought he was. He looked at Severus for some help. Severus pointed at his arm.
"What if I swear an oath? I can give you information about the Ministry, about the other free Death Eaters!" Lily seemed to think about that. "Well, let me sweeten the deal then. You swear the oath we tell you, you come to our side and I'll remove your Dark Mark." Lucius was startled, she could remove his Mark? Was that even posible? He turned to look at Severus, who in turn lifted his left sleeve to show a clear forearm. Lucius's eyes widen and looked up at Snape again. He noded, that was all the confirmation Lucius needed. "I'll do it!".
Lily smirked "Excellent. But, we are going to do things, My way Malfoy. My way or the Highway. You choose. You take your oath now and I'll remove the Mark." Lucius looked worried "But how, how can you remove the Mark?". She smirked again "Simple. Tommy boy thought he was the heir of Slytherin, so he used Parselmagic and Family Magic to creat that mark. Funny thing is, Parselmagic happens to be Family Magic. He thought himslef to be the only heir, but he was wrong, I hold the Lordship....well Ladyship but anyway. As I was saying, it's Family Magic. I can control your Mark Lucius."
"&I can hurt you&." She hissed and Lucius grunted in discomfort.
"&I can torture you$" She hissed again and Lucius started screaming and thrasing.
"I can kill you" She hissed and the pain stoped. Lucius was breathing rapidly on the ground, his heart pounding in his chest. Lily bend down near him and whispered. "I can free you". Lucius looked up at the readhead for the first time in all those years, and he finally saw her power. He noded.
Lily smiled "Great! James love, I think is your turn." She said as James Potter stepped forward. Lucius felt a hand on his shoulder, only to find Sirius Black right behinde him. "Now Dear Luci. Repeat after me. I Lucius Abraxas Malfoy hereby Solemnly Swear That I Am Up To No Good." Malfoy looked confused, but he wasn't an idiot, to not agree.
" I Lucius Abraxas Malfoy Hereby, Solemnly Swear That I Am Up To No Good!"
Lily smiled "Stand up Lucius and give me your arm." He did, Lily lifted up his sleeve and toughed the Mark "This is going to hurt." She then started hissing. Lucius prided himself that after so many times under the Dark Lord's crusiatus, he couldn't feel pain anymore. He was wrong. The removal of the Mark was the worst pain he ever felt. Finally Lily stoped hissing and the pain stoped. Lucius looked at his clear white arm. "Thank you Lady Slytherin. You freed me."
Severus took Lucius's hand in his "Welcome to the Marauders brother." Lucius chuckled and pulled him in a hug, shocking everyone in the room. He then turned to Frank and bowed his head "Lord Longbottom. I know this is not enough, but please. Accept the apologies from house Malfoy for the murder of your Father. I know a siple apology is not enough and I know it will never be." Frank put his hand on his shoulder "But it is a start. Thank you Lucius."
Lucius then turned to the Twins and actually kneeled infront of them "Lords Prewett. You have no reason to forgive, no reason to believe me. But I am sorry. I have to admitt, that going against you two, was one of the scariest experiences in my life. You are a force to be recon with and I have to say that I am thankfull, that everytime we fought, I managed to make it out alive. Please extend my apology to your sister and note, that I am planing to make amends with your brother in law." Fabian and Gideon blinked at the kneeling man, but noded.

Later that night, Lucius returned home and told his wife everything that happened. When he showed her, his arm, she cried. Lucius had arranged a playdate the next day, so Draco can meet the other kids and he, could eventually talk and apologise to Arthur.

Lucius made his way to the Burrow. Νever in his life would he think to visit the Weasleys, but desperate times call for desperate mesures. The door opened to reveale Lord Prewett.
"Lucy! You are here, come in, come in." He stepped on the side and let them in. "Mollywobles! Lucy, Cissy and Dracy are here!!!" Molly walked out of her kitchen "FABIAN! Where are your manners?!".
Ah! So the one opening the door was Fabian. "Rellax sister! Lucy won't mind, right Lucy?" Lucius turned around to see Gideon staring at him with a smirk on his face. Just then, Arthur returned from his workshop, to find The Malfoys in his livingroom. Lucius took one glance at him, took a deep breath and walked towards Arthur, he stretched his hand in front of the redhead. "Mr Weasley. On behalf of the Malfoy Family, I would like to officially apologise for the way I treated you and your family. I know a simple apology is not enough, but I hope we could leave the past behind us."
Arthur smiled and shook Lucius's hand. "Apology accepted. We are humans after all, magical humans, but still humans. We all make mistakes and I admit that perhaps I have judged you harshly in the past. Thank you Mr Malfoy and please call me Arthur." Molly smiled proudly at her husband, when her eyes caught the little blonde boy. "And who is this distinguish gentleman over here?" Narcissa finally relaxed and pushed Draco a little forward, he tried to be brave and kissed Mollys knuckles "I am Draco Malfoy ma'am." Molly gigled "My,my! What excellent manners. Well it's an honor to meet you dear. But none of that ma'am business here dear, just call me Molly. Now, would you like to meet the rest of the kids so you could have some fun?".
Draco noded and Molly called the children. A thunder of feet came from the staires and a bunch of kids showed up. Draco blinked, there were more kids than he had ever seen in any play date his parents arranged. Each one shook his hand.
"Hello, I'm Bill Weasley, welcome to the Burrow"
"Hello I'm Charlie Weasley, nice to meet you"
"Hello I'm Percy Weasley, Welcome."
"Hello I'm Cedric Diggory, It is nice to meet you."
"Hello I'm Fred Weasley"
"Hello I'm George Weasley"
"Hello I'm Ron Weasley"
"Hello I'm Hadrian Potter, Please call me Harry"
"Hello I'm Neville Longbottom"
"Hello I'm Daphne Greengrass"
"Hello I'm Giny Weasley"
"Hello I'm Luna Lovegood"
"Hello I'm Astoria Greengrass."
Little Draco was a bit overwelmed, but he slowly started rellaxing again. The children went outside to play. Draco really liked Ron, they played chess and talked about Quidich a lot. Harry was playing with Vica and Astoria. When draco saw the snake he squeaked. "There's a snake!!" Harry smiled "I know, This is Vica. She is part of the family." Draco frowned "And, how do you comunicate?" Dphne gigled "Harry can speak to snakes, because his mum can." Draco was in shock. He blinked a few times "Really?!" Harry noded "Aha. Grandpa Sal says it's a Family trait." Draco blinked again and shoock his head. "When you say Grandpa Sal. Are you talking about Salazar Slytherin?!".
Harry noded "Yup. He is my grandpa." Draco was speachless "Could I....Could I meet him sometime?" Harry smiled at his new friend "Yes! I'll ask mum and Dad if we could have the next Play date in our home." Luna was playing with Vica and then looked at Harry. "Can you teach us?" He shook his head "No. Mum tried to teach Dad, Padfoot and Moony, but they only managed to say some really weird things." Cedric looked up from his broom "Like what?". Harry giggled "Well they said 'Flower', 'Moon', 'Hiss-hiss', 'potatoes', 'sihh-sihhh', mostly weird hissing sounds and something about a hippopotamus and a watermelon". They all dissolved into giggles.
The kids played around the pond and Harry conjured some fire fairies again, that made Draco gape. Luna giggled and steped next to him "You can do that too you know? Not with fire." Draco looked at the little blonde next to him in confusion. "What?" she smiled "Yes. You are the forth element." At that the rest of the kids stopped and looked at luna "Harry is Fire. Ron is Water. Neville is Earth. You are Air. The four elements." Draco frowned but Harry took his hand "Try it Dray!" he looked at the brunette quizzicaly "Try what?". Luna walked in front of him "Sent some wind at me Dray."
He looked at her but shruged. He extended both his hands towrds luna and consitrated. A breeze started blowing, get stronger and stronger, until the wind was blowing Luna's hair all over. "Did you guy see that? Did it actually happened?" asked Draco looking at his hands in wonder. Luna turned to Ron and pointed at the pond "Your turn Ron. Play with the water." Ron shruged and lifted his hands and boom! A few bubbles of water emerged from the pond. Ron blinked in astaunishment. Luna then turned to Neville "Your turn." Neville actually sat down and dug his hands in the earth. For a few seconds nothing happened and then small blue flowers started blooming around them.
"By Merlin!" That made them all to turn around. Apparently their parents had came out to call them for lunch and saw the entire thing. The Malfoys were gaping at their son. The Potters were smiling at Harry. The Longbottoms looked Neville proudly and The Weasleys were also gaping at their son. The one to break the silence was, to everyones surprise Lucius "The four Elements?! What does that mean? How is thet even possible?" Lily was the one that answered "We could ask Granpa Sal. He must know something." Narcissa looked at the readhead "Grandpa Sal?". Lily noded "My Grandfather. Salazar Slytherin, we have his portrait in our Mannor. We can ask."
Lucius was still blinking. Turns out visiting the Weasleys was the best thing, who would have thought that.
