Wow! Talk about mortifying! Regina had just asked her to prom in front of the entire student body. This was way too much for her to handle. Was Regina doing this as a joke? No! Regina wasn’t like that anymore. Maybe she actually meant it, but doing something like that was putting way too much stress on her. Regina had run away. Did she actually like Regina? When she thought of Regina, she thought of how fragile she looked after the bus incident, her immense growth and return to the Regina she knew. She had to find Regina to tell her!!! She would explain the situation was just a bit stressful for her, but that she would love to go to prom with her. She would just have to find her. Wait! She knew exactly where Regina would be. Call her cliché, but she was going to ask Regina out with a promposal of her own. She just needed a few things...
“Hey guys! Don’t leave yet! Could I get some of these? I actually do want to go to prom with Regina! Damian, could you spare me a ride to the playground by me and Regina’s houses?” rushed Janis.
“Sure thing!!!” replied Damian with enthusiasm.
“Could we join guys?” asked the rest of their group.
“Hmm...let me think? Of course! Come on!!” exclaimed Janis excitedly.
~on the way there~
“Do you guys think she’ll forgive me and go out with me?” asked Janis nervously, whilst biting her nails.
“Dude! Have you seen the way she looks at you? She looks at you the same way we look at Taylor Swift!!” replied Cady leaning over the seat.
“And how is that?” asked Janis with wonder in her eyes.
“Like you've hung the moon and stars,” replied Damian as if it were the most obvious thing. “And please stop biting your nails!”
“Fine! You guys win! I'm just really anxious.” said Janis, whilst revving her leg.
“It’s fine to be nervous, but we trust this is going to go well.” replied Aaron.
“We’re here!!!” replied Damian as he parked the car across from the playground.
“It’s all you from here on, Jay!!!” exclaimed Gretchen.
“Now go get the girl!” yelled Damian.
“Bye! We love you!!” they all screamed.
“Bye! Love you guys too!!” exclaimed Janis whilst running to the playground.
