Musicalia is a soulmate disease where the person who gets the disease will hear a song. The song will only start if A soulmate pines for their soulmate. The song will start off at a very soft but get louder and louder with each passing day. Eventually the song that is played could cause the person affected to go deaf or go insane. The tune and tempo of the song will change based on a soulmate's feelings. Of course a person could always get the surgery for this disease however they would lose their ability to feel any emotions.------------------------------------------------------------------------So when Shouto starts to hear his soulmate song he is conflicted on what to do. After all he is already known for being emotionless would it really be that bad? But if he loses his feelings he can't feel these feelings for Izuku. And he would just go back to being a cold, uncaring guy. He was back in 1st year. But does he really want to go crazy or lose his heart just to keep these feelings?
