If Gressil had survived being shot! (Homesick One-shot)
As Y/N approached the old house, they couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia. It had been a long time since they had last been here, but the memories flooded back like it was just yesterday. As they walked closer, they noticed a figure exiting the house. At first, they thought it was just their imagination, but as the figure got closer, they realized it was Gressil. Shocked and confused, Y/N couldn't believe their eyes. Gressil was supposed to be dead, but here he was, alive and well. As they stood there in disbelief, Gressil turned to them and spoke, "I know what you're thinking, but I'm not a ghost. I survived getting shot, and I've been hiding out here ever since." Y/N couldn't believe it. They had so many questions for Gressil, but they didn't know where to start.
Y/N: "Gressil? Is that really you? I thought you were dead."
Gressil: "I'm not dead, Y/N. Far from it."
Y/N: "But how? You were shot.."
Gressil: "I survived. It wasn't easy, but I did. And now I'm hiding out here, waiting for the right moment to strike back."
Y/N: "Strike back? Against who? Rayne? Hate to break it to you, but she’s gone. We all haven’t seen her in months.."
Gressil: "Against those who wrong me, so yes, that includes Rayne.. Those who thought they could take me down and get away with it. I will get my revenge, and I want you to stay here with me, Y/N.."
Y/N: "I don't understand. What do you want from me?”
Gressil: "I want your help, Y/N. I know you're a smart and resourceful person. You can help me get back on my feet and take revenge on those who betrayed me."
Y/N: "I don't know if I can do that, Gressil. Revenge isn't the answer. It only leads to more pain and suffering."
Gressil: "You're wrong, Y/N. Revenge is the only way to get justice in this world. And I will not rest until the people who wronged me get what they deserve."
Y/N: "I'm sorry, Gressil. I can't help you with this. It's too dangerous and unethical."
Gressil: "Suit yourself. But don't say I didn't warn you. The next time we meet, things might not be so friendly."
And with that, Gressil walked back into the house, and Y/N sighed. They turned around and began their way back to where the building that Sam, Tomoha, Kenny and them were camping out at.
