The blue haired male and the dead group were about 10-15 minutes away from the village they will be residing in for the next 4 years or so depending on if he leaves for few years for some business.  If he remembers correctly, the academy will be having an exam today making Shinichiro eye twitch at the word 'exam'. Shinichiro has quite high IQ but that doesn't mean that he likes taking them. He loves studying and reading but tests are different things. It reminds him of the stress it always gave him the day before when he was a kid.

"Hm. Are you excited?" Shinichiro asked. 

The group behind him stopped talking for a second and Hashirama nodded eagerly with a big grin on his face.

'..Too bright.' Luckily, Shinichiro had glasses ready. He huffed, feeling proud at being ready.

"Of course! We haven't seen the village in years! Right, Tobirama?" Hashirama turned toward his brother who humphed in reply.

"I only tagged along because Shin was going. The village is probably destroyed at this point." Minato sweatdropped at the nonchalant response.

'How blunt.' But hopefully the village is really not destroyed. He has to agree with Tobirama that he only came for Shinichiro and his son. Kushina is probably hanging out with Mikoto and Fukagi playing cards. Kushina wanted to come but couldn't since she has to take care of the children and wasn't able to leave for years.

Yes. Children. Not biological because she's working at a daycare with Mikoto. It's sweet but also sad because there were a lot of children who died over the years. And Kushina who couldn't raise her only child, Naruto, thought it was a fitting job.

Meanwhile, Shisui was dozing off to who knows where not really paying attention to what's happening. Tobirama, who was beside him, had a sweat formed at the side of his face from Shisui tendencies to just space out.

He sighed, knowing that today would be hectic. After 10 minutes or so, the group arrived at the front gates of Konoha only to see two guards sleeping, unguarded. Multiple tick marks appeared on Tobirama head as he exploded in anger. "What kind of security is this?!" He clinched his fists as he tried to punch these idiots but as expected failed.

He's dead after all but it does not mean that the guards didn't feel something. They were startled by a feeling at the top of their head. Like an ice bucket has been thrown at them. The two guards immediately stood on their feet when they saw someone legs in front of them. They coughed and put on a tough facade which was met by a disappointed face. 

The still unknown two guards blushed in embarrassment that they were caught sleeping by a stranger. "Is this... really the security level of this village?" An arrow pierced through their heart at being criticized. The guard on the left, Kamizuki Izumo, tried to stuttered an excuse which wasn't really convincing.

"N-no! Not at all! A-ahem anyway who are you?"His face did a 180 turn. His eye turned sharp, that goes the same for his partner, Hogane Kotetsu, who turned serious as well. They have to admit that the man was dead gorgeous but he was still unknown stranger to them.

"Ah my name Hoshizora Shinichiro. I have an appointment with the Hokage, Sarotobi Hiruzen, in a few minutes." Kotetsu racked his brain to remember his name, meanwhile Izumo had a look of realization.

"Right! I remember Hokage-sama mentioning your name. Welcome to our village, Hoshizura-sama." Izumo bowed a little out of respect, hearing that he is a very important guest. Kotetsu followed in suit and signaled  the man to follow him.

"We have arrived." Izumo knocked on the door, hearing a come on and taking it as a sign. "Hokage-same. Hoshizora Shinichiro has arrived." Sarutobi perked up and signaled the guard to leave after.

"Good. Bring him in." Shinichiro walked inside the office as he watched the two chunin puff into thin air. He bowed 15 degree as his eyes followed the Hokage that bowed a 90 degree. "It is very nice meeting you after such a long time, Shinichiro-sama." 

If anyone saw the Hokage bow this low for someone and told someone, they might think your crazy. A Hokage, leader and the strongest ninja of the village is bowing to someone is unbelievable. More like unheard of.

"Raise your head, Hiruzen." The said man raised his hand put his arm to the left where a very soft, red couch stood. Without a word, Shinichiro nodded and sat there, seeing a cup of warm tea and a small piece of cake making him hum in satisfaction. Noticing the gesture, Hiruzen mentally praised himself. "I heard you wanted to talk about me with something important, My Lord?" 

The old man asked, not really expecting an answer that would shook the terror out of the villagers. [I don't think this sentence even made sense- Even to me]

"I was send here on a special mission to help the shinobi world avoid The Great Fourth Ninja War."

Hiruzen immediately stood up shaking as his pupils dilated. What did he just say? The Great Fourth Ninja War? Why? Who? When? Many questions ran through the hokage head but couldn't voice them out. Shinichiro voice broke him out of his thoughts. 

"You know, I've had this thought for a long time but don't you think that you are unfit as a Hokage?" The sudden statement, or question, made Hiruzen heart drop. He didn't know why the heir words affected him as much. "W-what do you mean?"

Shinichiro hummed as he leaned back, drinking his tea as if the world didn't matter. Well, he didn't really care about the world but meh. Shinichiro snapped his finger and papers appeared in his hand. "Hmm... Let's see. You allowed Danzo to create Root despite how immoral it was. You allowed children to take part in the deadly chunin selection exams. You let Danzo do whatever he wanted. You didn't acknowledge your son when he needed it the most. You allowed Orochimaru to escape. You didn't stop the massacre of the Uchiha Clan and lastly allowed the mistreatment of Naruto, who you promised the Fourth Hokage to take care of to which clearly you didn't."

 The list goes on and on but he decided to stop at that. For starters, he is incompetent at his job. Hiruzen decided to trust Danzo and the really shady Konoha Elders plot-obstruction-no-jutsu, because he couldn't make decisions. As well as failing to fight back when it came to the Uchiha's demise, Hizruen was often a pushover and struggled many times at putting his foot down with the village elder's obscene decisions and demands. Hirzuen thrived for peace, but when it came to the overall political stance of the shinobi world, he wasn't firm enough and never seemed to have the strength to handle it.

Hiruzen has given permission to Danzo to start the organization known as Root. Danzo held the rights to exclusively run the organization however he saw fit. Without any additional oversight, Danzo was allowed to do whatever he wanted to Root's members. A lot of Root's members were taken from their families and clans. These individuals were intensely trained and most members valued loyalty to Danzo above anything else. They would remain loyal to him no matter what else was happening.

Some of the worst thing Danzo ever did included the creation of Root, an extremely strict and secretive organization, where members were required to carry out missions that Danzo believed would benefit Konoha, even if the methods were wholly unethical.

Danzo trained members from a young age to lose their emotions and later on kill each other in a test of strength. He would then place a cursed seal on the successful candidates' tongues which would activate and paralyze their body if they spoke a word about Danzo or the organization. This was terrible, yet Hiruzen permitted this to happen.

After the Nine-Tails attack, the Uchiha were left holding the bag. With their Sharingan abilities, someone from the Uchiha Clan could have easily controlled Kurama. It turns out one of the clan's members were responsible for the attack, but the Uchiha didn't know that. The clan was forced to segregate from the rest of the village. The clan members were kept under close observation so that they would never again rise up against the village. The Uchiha became increasingly angry at their treatment and eventually choosing to rise up against the village. Hiruzen allowed the treatment of the Uchiha to worsen under his leadership. 

After Itachi Uchiha turned into a double agent and informed the village elders that the Uchiha Clan was planning Coup d'État to seize control of Konoha, Hirzuen suggested peaceful negotiations with the clan to avoid conflict. Danzo however, suggested that the only way to stop them was to slaughter them all, which led to the devastating massacre of the entire clan, Itachi bearing the burden of being responsible for it, and Sasuke following a disastrous path of revenge.

His decisions caused division in the village. He was directly responsible for the deaths of the entire Uchiha Clan . Despite all this, Hiruzen didn't hold Danzo responsible for his actions. Danzo was allowed to remain free and continued to manipulate. Hiruzen poor management and decisions led to many lives being taken and people, especially children, having miserable lives. 

Sarutobi, unable to do anything but watch as the heir listed everything, sat down and put his head down in shame. His whole being trembled in guilt as he was reminded of how poorly he handled things. The dead group were silent as well as they listened to all the things Hiruzen had done. There were a lot of mixed emotions going on in everyones. 

Guilt, sadness, anger, contempt, indifference, disgust and horror. Shisui, who was reminded of his precious friend suffering clinched his hand as he felt guilty for leaving him.

Itachi... my friend, I hope you're doing well. Shisui couldn't help but think of what could've happened if he hadn't died like that.

The senju brothers knew how horrible the world is as well as the people in it but they can't help feeling angry and disgusted at how people can be. People won't be able to survive in this kind of world if they don't change. They were shocked when they found out what was happening in the village Hashirama and Madara created. This isn't the reason Konoha was founded. Konoha was built in order to settle the clan wars and prevent shinobi wars. 

Will the future be changed this time...?
