Chapter - II
Life and death are one thread the same line viewed from different sides. Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us. In the shinobi world, the most known word would be death but also regret. When a shinobi dies, it should be with no regret left behind because its not the way they die but the way they live.
To most, one must die with honour and peace, not sadness or regret because then it would mean they didn't live their life to the fullest. They have unfinished business in the living world. One can fully pass when they have fulfilled their dreams and wishes. Shinichiro has seen thousands of people die everyday since he was young.
At the time, his lessons were helping the people who died to finally pass on and be satisfied with how they lived. The amount of joy he felt when people finally say, "I have no more regrets." But as he grew older and met all kind of people, he wondered if living was even worth it at this point. Multiple times he had tried taking his own life due to being overwhelmed with every being sadness that he has to face every single day and couldn't handle it.
That was until he met the dead group. Each single one of them appeared at a different time but they all helped him overcome hardship and gave him a purpose and a reason to live. Unlike the people down on earth, if a member of the Hoshizora clan die, they turn into golden dust and fly throughout the places that person has left their mark and presence in, to show and tell the world of their death.
Shinichiro sat still as he finished his tea and cake, very much aware of the gaze the Hokage was directing at him. The blue haired male voiced out a request- or a demand and left no room for negotiation.
"I will be attending the academy alongside the genins to aide them in their missions and gather all the informations I need in my disguise. Only selective, trust worthy people and jonin's are allowed to be aware of my presence and mission. A list would be given to you later on who's allowed to know. Do not make any exceptions without my knowledge and if any of the things I said were to be informed or known to anyone beside the chosen ones, punishment would be given."
Not planing on staying longer than necessary, Shinichiro prepared to leave and took the keys to his compound. Shinichiro might have seen the future entirely, but Sarutobi does not need to know that information. Being god's favourite had it perks, that was something Shinichiro thought quite a lot. Shinichiro left Sarutobi with his thoughts and proceeded to go sight seeing before going to his family compound.
As he walked around the village, every villager stopped to take a look at the foreign man who was strolling around and buying food from stalls. He stopped at a certain one and decided to buy some dango. "Excuse me. May I have 7 dango sticks and one green tea to go please? Every kind you have." The waiter couldn't help but stare intensely at the gorgeous man in front of him. "Ah- yes of course!" Shinichiro gave him the money and was given his order not long after.
Mitarashi dango, Sasadango, Shoyu dango, Goma dango, Cha dango, Tsukimi dango, Hanami dango and one green tea. That is what he received.
"Thank you and keep the rest." He gave him an extra tip, despite knowing tips aren't really given or exist, before leaving and looking around more. Maybe eat lunch since he hadn't eating anything yet. The Hoshizora heir left the store, leaving a blushing waiter who couldn't help but rant to his coworkers about a handsome man who came by.
Slowly, Shinichiro ate his dango slowly to savour the taste alongside his tea and made multiple stops along the way, clearly seeing that some of his dead friends were drooling at the sight and smell of the food. Of course, he didn't forget to ask for at least 5 serving of each store he stops by. He secretly bought a bag of dango for his friends when they get home.
After 2 hours of walking and buying stuff, Shinichiro arrived at his clearly huge compound which was actually outside the village near mountains. Apparently, a strong jutsu was casted to make the compound hidden and was deactivated recently by the Hokage not long after receiving the letter from the head of the Hoshizora clan that his son would be arriving and needing his compound spot clean and ready for him.
Shinichiro heard that the compound was maintained by a caretakers who come everyday and maintain the state of each house and blossom tree, which are very very important symbols and trees to the members of the clan. There was something not many know. It was that the Hoshizora clan treasured and loved blossom trees that were given to them by the gods. In the past, the compound was blooming with blossom tress everywhere and they even had a sacred place that only clan members knew of where the biggest and first tree to exist was there.
Fun fact, their compound had a name, 'Mount Hua Compound.' It was named after the first God ever to favor them and helped them grow as a clan and family.
Shinichiro wanted to raise the salary of those caretakers because damn can he see spotless shine everywhere he goes and the sun that shined on the wet tree that was watered not long ago. "They deserve a raise, don't you think?" A content smiled appeared on his face as he observed each house and went to the very back of the compound, where the biggest and tallest house existed.
Considering his big family, no wonder they needed a big mansion. "This looks magnificent! Right Tobirama?!" Hashirama ran around the compound with Shisui beside him, both admiring the beauty of the architect and nature. "For once, I agree with you." Tobirama has to admit that this is the second most beautiful place he had seen, second to the Hoshizora clan that was located in the sky.
"For the next year, depending on wether we will leave as well for 3 years, this will be our home." Shinichiro hooked his arms around Minato and Tobirama waist as they smiled peacefully, looking at the two excited children of the group running around.
