Time is here now... That's good..Right?
Kel and Hero headed out the door. Kels head felt like it was spinning. Twirling even more then those broken ballerina music boxes. He still felt a little confused on why that lady in his dream gave him a second chance,out of all people. Kel felt like he didn't deserve it. If anything,literally anyone else did. Like Aubrey,Sunny,Hero,Basil,or..Mari.
He must've had zoned out for quite a while because he and Hero,have already made to where their friends were.
Kel felt a little out of place,or like the others were out of place. It felt weird to actually see each of their past selves in front of him. Like Aubrey without the bat and Oink hair that always stood out. Or like Sunny, who didn't have that eye path from that fight with Basil. Basil,the one who know how to tie a noose,why-. His thoughts were then interupted
"Hi Hero and Kel!" Mari yelled out. Hero smiled,his face turning a little red. Kel wondered why he couldn't see this before he found out they were dating. Out of impulse,he whistled. "Heheh,lovebirds" he said. Hero's face turned red and Mari gasped is fake offense. Aubrey,Basil,and Sunny turned to Mari and Hero.
Sunny just raised an eyebrow in confusion. Aubrey understood the assignment immediately. "Oooooooo!!" She taunted. Mari turned to Hero. "Uh oh!!" Mari commented.
"Hero!!Did you tell him!" Mari asked with a grumpy face. "What!!No I didn't!I didn't even know he knew!!" Hero responded. He sounded like when Kel was trying to prove Aubrey in the wrong after she spilt his orange Joe. Kel chuckled,at both the memory and Hero.
Was it still a memory of it happened in the furture but you're in the past? He wished he could ask someone. (Wait! Maybe I could ask that blue haired lady in my dream!!) He shook his head. Kel didn't think that the lady would still be there anyways.
"Keeel!! How'd you knoowww!!" Mari asked Kel. "And you too Aubrey!!" She squished both of their cheeks. "Don't worry Mari!! We were just teasing!" Aubrey snickered. Kel missed getting into these shenanigans with her. After Basil and Sunny revealed the truth,No one really knew what to do.
So Kel was gratefull he had a second chance. So he could have everyone have a great future,even if it ment costing his past. (Wait,how much time DO we have left?!!) Kel rembered. "Hey uh-guys!Whats the date?" Kel asked.
"Oh! October 23rd Kel!! 1984 " Basil responded. "Oh thanks!!" Kel couldn't belive it,one year before Mari was dead. One year before Sunny killed her. One year before Basil helped Sunny frame it as a suicide. One year before everything fell apart and-
Kel felt someone pinching his cheeks. It was Sunny! Sunny raised an eyebrow in concern. "Oh Sunny!!" It felt so good to see him. Even after all he did to Mari. He still missed him after he moved. Kel started talking with Sunny.
It felt like when Sunny finally opened after 4 years of knocking. Kel talked to him for what he wished was days. It felt so refreshing,like orange joe!! But soon at the end of every day,the sun sets,and everyone has to go home.
Kel tried to ignore his sadness,but now time is here. Thats good,right?
Hero and Kel went home,ate,brushed,and etc. Kel wanted to talk to that lady,and ask more questions. Kel went to sleep pretty easily. It was way more easier to fall asleep when you're younger I guess.
Then he awoke,in a room,not the same as last time though. It was like,a room full of Kel's favorite stuff. Captain Spaceboy comics,basketballs,etc. And there stood the blue lady.
"Ah,it's you again." The lady said rather calmly,as if she expected Kel to see her. "I hear you wanted to see me?" She sounded more sophisticated. "Uh-Yes! Uhm" You can tell Kel didn't plan this out.
