Chapter 1
A mysterious even caused millions of people to just disappear off the face of the earth, nobody knows how or why. But the people that remain gain some sort of supernatural ability, whether it be growing wings and being able to fly or being able to create and cast magic spells, the possibilities became endless.
This event turned the world upside down and became known as the Blitz. Countries became corrupt and may wars broke out in an attempt to rule over this new superior population. This caused the world to divide into new regions which formed new governments and new laws, changing the way people lived, in order to deal with this supernatural race. Although a high government was formed to oversee all governments of regions in an attempt to bring fairness to the new founded regions.
Once everything was set into place, order somewhat came about again, people returned back to work and just continued on living.
Things later changed just when everything became as normal as it could be, the people that disappeared came back. They came back to a world that was not theirs not anymore, and not only that but they lack any sort of supernatural abilities, they were just plain human.
The return of the ordinary (now established as Ordinarius people which is just Latin for ordinary) brought on another change the world had to make. This came with new rules and guidelines that the Ordinarius people specifically had to abide by;
- One must learn the history of the new world (this includes: the new language, the new borders and the supernatural itself). This also includes attending a minimum of 50 hours of class relating to the history of the world in the first 2 months of one’s arrival.
- One must refrain from discrimination and prejudice acts and comments.
- One will receive assistance in their re-entry to the world (this includes: financial support, job support, etc)
- One must reclaim citizenship upon entry, this may include various tests.
- One must respect the new laws put in place even if it does not relate to your situation.
- If one has remaining family alive they will be contacted unless said otherwise.
In conclusion the respected government of your belonging region has the right to add anymore guidelines the see fit on top of the already sanctioned guidelines. If failure to follow and/or meet the rules and guidelines punishment will be brought upon the individual as the high government sees fit.

Yuuri and Victor Katsuki-Nikiforov experienced the effects of the Biltz first hand. They lost their ice skating career, lost their family, lost everything that gave them any meaning but at least they had each other right.
