Big Change
Kara and Waverly decided it was best if they went about rescuing Wynonna on their own. Much against the wants of their girlfriends.
"Baby, If anything happens to you, it will destroy me!" Lena argued, "and then Alex will kill me" She told her girlfriend.
"And if anything happened to you, sunshine, I would never forgive myself for it" Kara replied to Lena.
"Lena's right" Nicole interjected, "Waves, I really like you and we just started, I can't lose you now baby, or you Kara" Nicole said sadly.
"You won't lose either of us, Nicky. I love Waverly as much as you do, and I will protect her with my life" Kara reassured Nicole.
"And I'll protect Kara with mine" Waverly reassured Lena. Nicole and Lena exchanged looks, they both sighed.
"Fine, but you two watch for each other." Lena said.
"always, oh and Lena, if you hurt my best friend, I'll kill you" Waverly said with a wink.
"You know I won't" Lena said with a small laugh. They all hugged, then Kara and Waverly left to bring Wynonna back.
"Hey" Lena said turning her head to Nicole, "wanna get a sandwich?" she asked.
"sure" Nicole replied.
Kara and Waverly returned back to the point of access, is what Jack's men called it. Kara used her super strength to bust the door down, it made the guards jump.
"it's them, it's the Earp girls kid sister" he said through his radio.
"I have a name you asshat" Waverly retorted, 'Earps kid sister, pathetic',Waverly thought to herself. He ran at them but Waverly hit him square in the nose.
"Nice" Kara said as she used her freeze breath to blow them down. They ran further and found the room Wynonna was being held at. Kara used her laser vision on Jack, which caught him off guard.She punched him through the ceiling, and the rest of his men she used her freeze breath on. They ran to Wynonna and untied her, then they ran out the door and were surrounded by cops.
"RBPD, DON'T MOVE" Said one of the officers, Kara recognized him. He was officer Marcus Polio.
"Polio, stand down! they're just kids" his partner ordered.
"How do we know that Watson? they could be working with Jack" Polio asked. His gun pointed at the three kids.
"Stand down" Watson ordered. Polio huffed, he was about to put his gun away but instead, shot a gas tank, causing an explosion. It knocked the three girls down and Kara cried in pain.
"Ahh" she cried.
"What the hell Polio! I told you they're just children" Watson yelled. He ran over to check on the girls. Kara opened her eyes but she couldn't see anything.
"Girls, are you alright?" He asked them. Kara began to panic.
"Officer? I can't see" she cried, "I can't see" she yelled. She could hear Waverly's heart begin to beat faster.
"It's okay kid, my name is Gary, what's yours?" he asked.
"K..Kara" Kara stuttered out
"Okay Kara, it's okay. Your friends with my son Jamie, right?" He asked her.
"Jamie Watson?" She asked. She could sense him nodding.
"Yes sweetheart. I'm going to take you and your friends to the hospital. okay?" he told her. Kara nodded. She could still sense where everything was, he offered her his hand and she took it. He then lead Kara and the Earp sisters to the hospital. Kara felt defenseless. Why couldn't she see? It must've been something in that explosion. She just hopes she can regain her sight.
