Chapter 2: That night on the other side of the city
Megumi could only hear the sirens of the police and the blood on the floor, he is standing there again, next to his adoptive father Gojo Satoru who is also the deputy sheriff of their town, he can hear the voice of the other policeman talking to Gojo, Gojo Just as he had just arrived at the arena, they were at home after Gojo's shift at the station, and Megumi was sick so he didn't go to school that day, they were waiting for Tsumiki, Megumi's older sister. Megumi woke up quickly and stood up from his bed, he took his headphones off his ears and stopped his playlist.
He looked at the clock and saw that it was only 10 in the evening, so he looked again at the window where the noise was coming from he let out a small shout and then said angrily but still had a smile on his face
"Yuji what the hell are you doing here if Gojo sees you here he really will literally kill you"
"Baby I'm not afraid of that old man" Yuji said with a laugh
"Can I come in?"
Yuuji asked with a huge smile on his face, he was still wearing the shirt he wore the day they and their friends went to the end of summer vacation party, it wasn't really a party it was more a bunch of teenagers in the lake near the school with alcohol, Megumi wasn't really a type of alcohol but his cousin Maki got completely drunk and then their best friend Nobara had to go home early, and with them Maki's twin sister and her girlfriend Momo.
Itudori was Megumi's ride and they too had to go home early because of the curfew Gojo put on him, seriously you'd think going back after 7 was more dangerous than before 7.
He had almost forgotten that Yuji was at his window
"Yes of course come in" Megumi said while trying not to show his red face.
"Megumi everything is fine I heard a shout" the voice of Megumi's adoptive father stressed the two
"Fuck hide quickly before he sees you and grounds me until after college," Megumi said in a quick whisper in Yuuji's direction
Yuuji jumped out of the window and got under Megumi's bed
Gojo tried to open the door but it was locked
"Everything is fine I swear I heard a scream," Gojo said with a worried face
"Everything is fine, are you sure you're not imagining things?" Megumi knew it most likely wouldn't work but he had to try.
Gojo just smiled and said
"They need me for some call in the northern part of town so I have to go, can you manage for a few hours?"
Megumi had a terrible feeling about it, his cousins lived in this part of town, and he hoped no one was hurt.
"Yes everything is fine you don't have to worry about me go do your work" Megumi smiled at Gojo
"Okay, lock all the doors and close all the windows and if something happens.."
"Yes yes I know how to call you right away" Megumi said and interrupted what the white haired person wanted to say.
"Well take care" were his adoptive father's last words before he left the house and went to work
"Everything okay Megumi? I know you don't like police" Yuuji crawled out of his hiding place and stood in front of Megumi
"Yes it's just a strange feeling that's all, after all it's been a year since it happened" Megumi said in a quiet voice
"Through the back what are you doing in my house" Megumi smiled and took the oppressive energy out of the room
"It's just that I'm bored, anyway, Sukune is in his room playing music at full volume, it's driving me crazy," he said with a small chuckle
"Let me guess he got into a fight with someone again?"
"Yes but I feel more sorry for the other man" Yuji said with a smile
"Well I wish only the best" Megumi said before starting to laugh along with Yuuji
Yuuji moved closer to Megumi and grabbed his cheeks with both hands and dived in for a kiss and Megumi cooperated.
They moved to Megumi's bed and Yuuji kissed Megumi once more and moved towards his neck, but Megumi still wasn't ready so he stopped Yuuji
"It's okay you're not ready yet" Yuji said with a straight face
"I don't want to rush you" Yuuji moved from Megumi and got up from the bed
"I'm...sorry" Megumi said he didn't really understand what he was apologizing for
"No that's fine let's talk about something else" Yuji said smiling this time
"Is it okay for me to stay here for a while? I just don't have the strength to deal with Sukuna and I don't want to leave you alone at home"
Megumi nodded his head.
"Do you want us to watch a movie?" Megumi asked the other person
"Yes of course" Yuji smiled
"Which movie do you want?" Megumi asked
