Chapter 58
T.K P.O.V
Only 5 months left before Buck finally comes back. Time flew by very fast. The kids are grown up. Can't believe the twins are almost 2 and Kyle is almost 1. He started saying some things and he's crawling all over the apartments.
I'm working again. For almost 6 months now. It was hard to come back at first but now I'm glad that I'm back.
Because of all this situation I enjoyed the thought of making a family. I mean we made a lot of experiences with Kyle. In the first weeks Taylor wasn't able to carry heavy things so we helped her. We didn't get much sleep but it was worth it. We broke down the wall between our two apartments. Now it's one big apartment. We like it that way. We saw Kyle growing up. Visited Buck as often as possible.
So Carlos and I decided to get a surrogate mother. So how can I say. In 3 months we are having twins. Two boys. We can't wait for that day when they are finally here.
We already already picked some names. We didn't decide yet. James, Jayden, Jim, Jack, Tim, Tom, Timmy, Max, Mateo, Miles. We really can't decide.
Taylor: *knocks on the door* hey hey hey, could you watch Kyle for a few hours? I need to go to the doctors with the twins.
Tyler: can we see daddy today?
Taylor: no not today honey
Claire: I want to see daddy!
Taylor: tomorrow okay? Today we need to go to the doctor.
Tyler: no
Taylor: afterwards we can go and eat some ice cream okay?
Claire: okay. Kyle too?
Taylor: no he's too small for ice cream. Let's go. Thank you.
T.K: no Problem. Oh did you know which shift Carlos has? I forgot
Taylor: i think he should be back in two hours. You heard something from Eddie?
T.K: no *sighs* hope he's okay...
Taylor: okay gotta go. If you need something just call.
T.K: i will. Hey little boy
Kyle: *giggles* daddy
I just stare at him. I didn't expect that. I look at Taylor insecure. He just called me daddy...I'm not his daddy...Buck is his daddy...:
That's the part I was scared of...that he thinks I'm his daddy and that Buck is a stranger to him...
Taylor: we will talk about this later. *sighs*
T.K: okay *smiles softly* okay little boy let's play some funny games. *grins*
Kyle: *giggles*
We play some games before I make food and bring him to bed. I can't stop thinking about the thing...he called me daddy...I mean...gosh what am I supposed to do...Buck will hate me...
Carlos still isn't here. The door opens. I get up.
T.K: Hey *smiles softly*
Carlos: Hey, sorry I'm Late *kisses him* you okay? You look like something happened
T.K: Kyle called me daddy today *sighs* what am I supposed to do now? I mean...that's the point I was scared about...that he thinks we are his dad. Not buck...when Buck comes back then...then...
Carlos: babe hey *kisses his head* it's going to be alright.
Taylor: Hey we're back *smiles softly*
Claire: we ate ice cream
Tyler: two ice creams.
Taylor: yes *laughs* after their vaccination they had ice cream *grins* but now it's time for dinner and after that it's time for a story and for bed. *grins*
Tyler: what's for dinner
T.K: vegetables and noodles
Claire: what kind of vegetables
Carlos: looks like carrots and tomatoes and sweet pepper
Tyler: uhhh I don't like sweet pepper
Taylor: then put it to the side. But eat the carrots and the tomatoes.
Claire: I want his sweet pepper
Taylor: then take it. Kyle in bed?
Carlos: yes he's asleep.
T.K: about one hour now I guess.
Taylor: great. I'll take a shower and after that I'll read you two a story *grins*
T.K: good idea
I give the kids dinner and we eat together. After that I change Claire and Carlos changes Tyler. We read a story to them and sit down on the couch.
T.K: so what's for tomorrow?
Taylor: i wanted to visit Buck with the kids.
Carlos: I have Night Shift tomorrow.
T.K: i have Shift as well.
Taylor: so I'm home alone tomorrow evening? *laughs*
T.K: yeah except for the kids *laughs* okay so Taylor? Can we talk about the thing?
Taylor: in my opinion you don't need to worry about anything. As soon as Buck is back Kyle will call him daddy. Or all of you are his daddy. Because at the moment you two are somehow his daddy. He never really was able to build a connection with buck *sighs* he will build this connection. I promise.
Carlos: this all will be okay.
T.K: *yawns* movie time?
Taylor: horror movie please
Carlos: gosh please no *laughs*
T.K: i make the popcorn.
Taylor: and I'll get some blankets.
I hope Taylor is right. Hopefully Kyle will build a connection to Buck and call him daddy as well. He's his dad. Not me. I wonder what Buck would say if he knows that we connected our apartment. It was so much easier when Kyle was little. I make popcorn and think about different things. Finally the popcorn is ready. We sit down on the couch and pick a movie.
Taylor: what about conjuring 3?
Carlos: what about a funny movie? *laughs*
T.K: maybe The Nun?
Carlos: come on, we already watched them. The only movie from this row we haven't watched is Annabelle 3.
Taylor: okay lets go
Carlos: that's not what I meant but *laughs*
T.K: you lost *grins and kisses him*
We start watching the movie. 40minutes in we hear the doorbell.
T.K: *sighs* gosh who is this? I bet the kids are awake now.
Taylor: calm down and open already. I need to pee
I go to the door. Again the doorbell.
T.K: I'm coming! *opens the door* Eddie *smiles*
Eddie: surprise *grins*
T.K: come in, hopefully you didn't woke the kids up *laughs*
Eddie: we will see *grins* I know it's late but I thought I would come over and ask for a sleeping place *laughs* I hope it's okay that I brought a friend
T.K: sure who is it?
Eddie: I'm sure you know him
Carlos: babe who is this?
T.K: it's Eddie
Carlos: what? *smiles and comes to the door* oh my gosh *smiles and hugs him* you look good.
Eddie: my knee is good and I'm feeling good.
Carlos: that's great.
T.K: so who's your friend?
Carlos: friend?
T.K: he said that he brought a friend. And we know him.
Buck: *walks out of his hiding place* well I hope that you still know me *smiles*
