Rescue me

Eddie P.O.V 

I'm lying on the floor. With Leon. The situation is critical. We've been attacked. A Granate hit our spot. A few people died...I can't move my right arm but somehow I managed to save Leon. Splinters in his chest. It's bad. A helicopter is on the way to get us. Hopefully they arrive soon.

Eddie: Leon Hey are you still there? *whispers* 

Leon: you mean if I'm still alive *whispers* yes I am but I feel like I will pass out...

Eddie: no, you have to stay awake. For me okay? We can do this. Help is on the way. They will be here soon. 

Leon: you hear that? *sighs* sounds like a helicopter....

Eddie: yes yes. See. I told you *smiles softly* 

I see the helicopter. After they landed Jason and Miranda jump out of the helicopter. 

Miranda: come on we don't have much time! We need to hurry *yells because of the helicopter noise* 

Jason: Miranda you need to help me to carry Leon, Eddie go! 

I help them to carry Leon. Finally we all are in the helicopter.

Eddie: you came to the right time 

Jason: always Eddie. Always. Are you hurt? 

Eddie: just my arm it's fine. 

Miranda: let me see. Probably broken collarbone. Nothing serious.

Eddie: told ja 

Pilot: we are getting *gets hit in the head* 

Jason: someone is shooting at us!! Heads down! Heads down!! 

Miranda: we are crashing down...

Then everything goes fast...the co pilot tries to get the helicopter back up but it doesn't work...before we hit the floor he's been shot and dead...we crash on the ground...people screaming everywhere. I'm bleeding...blood everywhere. I'm lying in the sand. I slowly get up and look out for the others. I see Leon. 

Eddie: Leon hey! Hey can you hear me? 

Leon: *opens his eyes and starts screaming* 

Eddie: *puts a hand on his mouth* shhh I know it's hurting but we need to be quiet. I don't know if they are still here...come on I'll get you out of here. *tries to pick him up and tries not to scream in pain* here's a ditch. We can hide here. *puts him down* what's hurting? Hey Leon stay with me...what's with the others...

Leon: probably dead... *whispers*

Eddie: I'll go and get them 

Leon: no it's too dangerous are you crazy?! 

Eddie: I need to get them. Even if they are dead. The family should be able to say goodbye *sighs and gets up* 

I run to the helicopter, first I rescue the pilot. I hear shots, suddenly a huge pain in my knee. I scream. I take a deep breath and help the co-pilot out before I get Miranda...she's dead...shot straight through her head...I slowly close her eyes. Okay just Jason is missing...I couldn't find him...maybe he's still alive. I run as fast as possible back to the helicopter...another shot..:it hits my right side but I ignore it. I need to find him. 

Eddie: Jason?? Come on Jason 

Jason: I'm here *whispers* you're bleeding what are you still doing here....go and safe yourself 

Eddie: you know that I can't do that. I'm good, it's probably not my blood *sobs* 

Jason: yes it is your blood. I'll die *whispers* just go and safe yourself....in a few minutes I will bleed out and... *coughs blood* 

Eddie: I'll not leave you here alone. *picks him up* you will see your wife again! *climbs out of the helicopter* come on 

Jason: it's over Eddie *whispers and coughs* tell my wife that I love her... *takes one last breath* 

Eddie: Jason no! *tears roll over his cheeks* 

Jason: you're a good friend *whispers and closes his eyes* 

I scream. No Jason!! You can't do this...no I can't cry now. I go to the ditch. A few seconds before I reach it I get shot again...I can't breathe...I fall into the ditch with Jason in my arms. Then everything is black. 

When I wake up I don't know where I am and what time it is...I look around. I want to get up and scream in pain. I can't get up. Everything hurts. 

Leon: you're awake again *whispers* 

Eddie: thank god you're still alive.... *sobs* Jason he... 

Leon: he's dead *whispers* 

Eddie: he died in my arms....I... *sobs* 

I try to get up again. I want to walk over to Leon. He's lying a few meters next to me. I take a deep breath but that's not really possible. I ignore the pain and stumble over to Leon. 

Eddie: how are you? 

Leon: it's getting worse...the last day was horrible...

Eddie: the last day?...how long was I unconscious...

Leon: probably around 24 hours *sighs* I saw the sun going up and down again...pretty sure we have after midnight right now... *cough* 

Eddie: we need to get out of here. *tries to get up* 

Leon: stay down or you want them to kill you? I'm glad that you're awake but you need to keep your head down and stop moving, you're hurt 

Eddie: I'm not hurt. I'm fine.

Leon: don't Play the hero. You already did that and yes you're hurt.you got shot 

Eddie: I got shot? *looks at him* 

Leon: yes, Uhm don't you know? Don't you feel pain? 

Eddie: I don't know I'm *tries to breathe* it's...I can't breathe *search's for Leon's hand* 

I try to breathe but it doesn't work that well. I stumble while I get up. I fall into the mud and can't see clearly. 

Days go by. I'm not really awake. One day I hear a helicopter but I don't know if it's our team or not. Then everything is black. I can't remember much except for the pain.

I open my eyes. Screaming in pain. Where am I?? Where am I?! I look around. I can't breathe. I look around again. I see someone lying on my bed with his head. It's buck. I search for his hand. 

Buck: *wakes up slowly* hm? 

Eddie: I...I..::

Buck: Eddie hey look at me, Look me in the eyes. You're safe *grabs his hand* 

Eddie: I *tries to breathe* 

Buck: take a Deep breath in and breathe out. *squeezes his hand* 

Tears roll over my face while Buck talks to me. Every time I close my eyes I have these flashbacks...I can't stop them...I don't know what to do
