Chapter 29
T.K. P.O.V
So the First 6 weeks of school are over. The first exams are written. It was okay. Very stressful time. Basketball training, studying, school, boyfriend. This weekend are the first games. This Friday is Bucks and Carlos football game and tomorrow is my basketball game. My dad is working again. I'm happy about that because he was going on my nerves at home.
I miss Eddie. He's gone for almost 5 months now. We barely hear from him.
So school is over for me and I decide to go on a run. Carlos and Buck don't have time before the Game. Buck is the Quarterback and Carlos is a Wide Receiver.
When I come back I decide to take a shower. I get dressed and drive back to school. I search for a good place and watch the players on the field. I decide to go down and say hi to Carlos and buck. Carlos sees me immediately.
Carlos: Hey *kisses him*
T.K: Hey *smiles* nervous?
Carlos: Little Bit. I'm insecure if I can do it
T.K: *takes his hands* you can *smiles* you fought so hard for this moment *kisses him again* you had an accident 9 months ago and you are back out here now. You can do this *smiles*
Carlos: i love you
T.K: love you too *smiles* now go and warm up *smiles*
Carlos: i will.
T.K: where's Buck
Carlos: over there Talking with Maddie.
T.K: wow her belly is growing *laughs*
Carlos: it's normal when someone is pregnant *grins*
T.K: how far is she?
Carlos: 21 weeks I guess.
T.K: wow *laughs*
Carlos: see you later *smiles*
He runs back to the others and I go back to my place and get next to Maddie. I talk a little bit with her before the game starts. The game starts. After the first quarter Someone gets next to us.
Eddie: how much did I miss? *grins*
T.K: *doesn't look at him* not much, only the first quarter
Eddie: wow that's your way to say hello to me? *laughs* I'm disappointed
T.K: *realizes who's speaking to him* oh my god Eddie *smiles and hugs him tight*
Eddie: this way is better *grins*
T.K: what are you doing here?
Eddie: watching the football game of my friends *laughs* no for real. I'm here for two weeks now before I go back.
T.K: that's great. Come on let's go downstairs to them
Eddie: wait I brought someone with me *grins*
Taylor: and before we go down again I need a small break to breathe *laughs softly* it's exhausting to get up here
T.K: Taylor *smiles* i thought you're still at the hospital
Taylor: no i was allowed to go home this morning. Finally. My mom wanted me to stay in bed but I need to see Bucks game *smiles* okay let's go down
Everyone is here. I can't believe it. We go down to the team. Buck and Carlos are standing away from the others.
Buck: T.K Hey
T.K: Hey. *smiles* I have two guests with me. One for you and one for all of us *grins*
Carlos: eddie *smiles and hugs him*
Buck: Hey buddie *hugs him long* I missed you so much
Eddie: I missed you too. All of you. You're looking good. Everything okay?
Buck: yeah *smiles* clean for almost 10 months now.
Eddie: that's great. I have someone for you
Buck: Taylor *picks her up and kisses her very long*
Carlos: isn't that cute?
Eddie: they are meant to be. Definetly.
T.K: for sure *grins* how's Ana?
Eddie: she's doing good. I'll visit her next week. So I'm here until next Friday. Then I'll fly to Miami to visit her.
Buck: only one week? We have to do something. Boys night.
Eddie: yeah this would be great. Maybe tomorrow?
T.K: sure after the basketball game
Carlos: Buck we need to go back. Come on
Taylor: Good luck *gives him a long kiss* I told my mother that I'll stay at your place tonight
Buck: hm great *grins and goes back to the team*
This was an awesome game. We won. That's great. We go to a bar and celebrate all together.
Buck: okay I'm going Now. Tomorrow lunch together before the game?
T.K: sounds good. I guess we are going now as well.
Eddie: okay see you tomorrow.
We all leave and go home. I cuddle up next to Carlos in my bed after he took a shower. He smells so good. His head is on my chest. We are talking and I tell him about my day. After some time I realize that he fell asleep.
T.K: Good Night sleepy boy *smiles and kisses his head* I love you
I try to make myself comfortable and fall asleep as well. When I wake up it's already 10am. I stretch and get up. Carlos and i get ready and drive to our meeting place. Eddie and Buck are already sitting there.
Eddie: so you had a good night? *grins*
Buck: maybe *grins* sure we can't do that much because she still has problems but *grins*
Eddie: yeah I see *laughs*
T.K: Hey
Buck: oh hey the sleepy heads are here *laughs*
Carlos: we are not Late *laughs* you were too early
Eddie: maybe *laughs* okay let's eat I'm hungry
T.K: me too and i have to be at school in two hours
Eddie: yeah your big game *grins*
Carlos: so buck where's Taylor
Buck: at Home. Her mother wanted her back home. Her mother is very overprotective. I understand that but it sucks *laughs*
We eat breakfast together and talk about everything. What happened in the last months. How everything is going. Then it's time for me to go. I get ready for the game. I'm nervous. Carlos gives me one last kiss before he goes to the others. Then it's time. I look around the people. I can't see my dad...I see Carlos, buck, taylor, Eddie, Maddie is here as well but my dad isn't...i sigh and start to play. Maybe he's just late.
Time goes by and he's still not here. I'm getting really angry. In the end it was a very Hard Game. With one point more we win. I go to the changing room. I can't be happy about that. My dad promised me to be here...I check my phone. He texted me „sry I can't make it to your game, I'm stuck at work"
Sure he's stuck at work...what else? I close my locker very loud and go back outside with the Team like we have to. I'm so angry and I will not talk with my dad for the next time. I thought he realized how important it is for me. Even Maddie was here.
Carlos: you did a great Job *kisses him*
T.K: hm thanks
Eddie: hey what's wrong? You don't seem very happy
T.K: don't want to talk about it. I'll change and after that we can do our boys night. My stuff is in the car. Where are we staying?
Buck: my house. Everything is set already
T.K: okay *smiles softly*
I change and get my stuff. This evening is great. I'm in a better mood very quickly. We play games, drink beer, talk. It's fun. In the early morning we go to bed. It's around 5am or something like that. I don't know. My dad texted me a few times but I didn't respond. Now it's time to sleep. I'm tired.
