Rescue me

T.K P.O.V

After 12 very long hours of sitting in that hospital chair a doctor comes towards us. More like two doctors. They introduce themselves as Dr.Smith an orthopedic surgeon and Dr.Sheperd the neurological surgeon. Hopefully he's alive..:

Dr.Sheperd: okay Mr.&Mrs Reyes. Your son is out of surgery but he has some very serious injuries *sighs* we stopped a bleeding inside his brain. Hopefully he gets his feeling on his right side back but we don't know yet. We will see. If he gets it back he will need a lot of physiotherapy to learn how to walk again. He may has some problems speaking. We are not sure yet. We need to wait until he's awake. Also he has some broken bones in his face and his skull bone is broken. The other serious thing are two broken vertebra in his neck. He's stable right now. Hopefully  he will stay stable. 

Dr.Smith: I'm sorry but that's not all *sighs* we put plates and screws into his legs to stabilize his bones. His pelvis was smashed so badly that we put in a Fixer. His left arm is broken but that's the least worst thing. He's on the ICU and we will watch him 24/7. 

Carlos parents just nod...I'm in shock and tears roll over my face again...Eddie hugs me tight. It's all too much for me right now. 

Andrea: can we see him? 

Dr.Sheperd: yeah but he should not move or excite too much. 

Gabriel: *looks at T.K and Eddie* you want to see him first? I mean you were the persons who saved him 

T.K: if it's okay for you then yes *sobs* 

Andrea: go *smiles softly* I bet he's glad to see you when he wakes up 

Eddie: thank you so much Mrs and Mr Reyes

Eddie grabs my hand and we walk to the ICU. I look through the window. It's a terrible look...

Eddie: go in. I'll wait here. 

T.K: no come with me please *whispers* I can't do this alone...

We slowly open the door and stand in the door frame...

Carlos P.O.V 

I wake up not knowing where I am. I slowly start to look around. I can't move my head. Feels like it's Stuck. I'm only able to see with my right eye. My left eye feels swollen and hurts...to be honest, everything hurts...my head...my neck...my chest...my pelvis...my legs...my back...

Something feels weird. I don't know what it is. What happened? I don't really remember what happened...I was on my way to San Diego. Now I think I'm in the hospital...I'm not sure to be honest...I see two boys standing in the door frame. I can't recognize who it is. My vision is too blurry...

One of the boys is on crutches and now I know who's standing there...it's T.K...I close my eye again, everything is so exhausting

T.K. P.O.V 

He looks so different...this Metall sticking out of his pelvis really scares me...the ruff on his neck...tubes coming out of his head, pelvis and legs...his face looks destroyed... 

T.K: *slowly sits down next to his bed and softly takes his hand* I don't know if you hear me or see me...or if you are able to feel this *sobs* but I'm here. I know we had a fight but this doesn't matter right now...I'm there for you no matter what happens 

Carlos: *slowly opens his eye and looks at T.K* thanks *whispers* 

T.K: *more tears roll over his face* it's okay. You don't need to talk. You have some pretty bad injuries...Eddie is here as well and your parents are waiting outside. They gave me the chance to visit you first. *sobs* 

Carlos: Buck... *whispers* 

Eddie: *whispers into T.Ks ear* should we tell him? I don't think it's a Good idea...

T.K: Buck is fine. He's with Maddie. We found him. 

Eddie: *sighs* how much do you remember? Do you know what happened? 

Carlos: no...just San Diego... *whispers*

Eddie: *looks at T.K* okay. 

Carlos: Tell me *whispers* 

T.K: tell you what? *sighs* 

Carlos: what happened... *sighs slightly* 

Eddie: maybe when you feel better...

Carlos: i need to know...why I'm here...

T.K: *looks at Eddie insecure* I'm not sure about it...

Eddie: the doctor told us you should not get too excited about anything 

Carlos: why is blood on your shirts *whispers* T.K tell me 

T.K: you had an accident...it was caused by 

Eddie: *interrupts him* it's enough T.K. You had an accident. We helped you and took care of you until help arrived. 

Carlos: you're hiding something... *looks at them exhausted* 

T.K: I...look Carlos I'm sorry. I really am. About everything. I want you to help you to get through this. If you are okay with this 

Carlos: *closes his eye* I don't want to talk about this right now.... *whispers* 

Eddie: I think we should go...come on T.K. It's time for his parents to visit him. 

We leave the room and tell his parents that he's awake and talking. 

Eddie: we shouldn't tell him that it was Bucks fault until he's out of mortal danger. 

T.K: yeah you're right...sorry *sighs* can I stay at your house tonight?...my dad needs to do all the paper work about the accident and I really don't want to be alone...

Eddie: sure. I'll call my mom to pick us up 

T.K: first of all I want to look after Buck.

Eddie: sure let's go. 

We walk to another room and stand in front of it. We hear crying and some screams inside of the room. It's Buck...Maddie is trying to call him down but it's not working...it breaks my heart. Maddie sees us and comes out 

T.K: why is he screaming like that? *quietly* 

Maddie: because of the pain. He's not able to get any sleep or rest...they are not able to give him pain medication...it's going to be a long and very painful way...how's Carlos? 

Eddie: out of surgery, awake, talking...we just don't know if he's able to feel or move his right body side. *sighs* the important thing is that he's alive. Can we see buck or do you think it's not a Good idea? 

Maddie: I'll ask him real quick. Just don't wonder he's handcuffed to the bed *sighs* he started biting his arm because of the pain and the doctors are scared that he will do worse. 

T.K: oh my gosh...

Maddie goes back inside and talks to Buck. After a few minutes she comes back out. 

Maddie: he doesn't want to see you guys *sighs* he feels guilty for everything and he doesn't want that you see him like this

Eddie: he is guilty but that doesn't mean that we don't want to be there for him. *sighs* 

T.K: okay *sighs* just tell him that we are there for him and always be. 

Suddenly a woman rans towards us and stops in front of us.
