Rescue me

T.K P.O.V 

Well the summer break is almost over. Just two weeks are left. Today we are going on our 5 day camping trip. I know we wanted to do it way earlier but because of Carlos concussion and some other stuff it wasn't possible. So here I am. Waiting for Eddie with his pick up to pick Carlos and me up. I quickly check my bag if I have everything. Toothbrush, toothpaste, jeans, bathing shorts, underwear, t-Shirts, sunscreen, something against the insects, the alcohol is in my backpack, I have my phone, three powerbanks, my charger, we have toilet paper, the food is downstairs in a big bag, where are my joints? I put them into my bag. 

Yesterday I bought 10 joints from Jack. Where the heck are they?? 

Oh there. Gosh this was close. I quickly hide them in my bag where no one can find them. No one knows that I'm smoking almost every day. Buck, Eddie and Carlos just think That I sometimes smoke on a party. It should stay a secret as long as possible. 

Oh I need to get the tent and the sleeping bag out of the basement. 

I quickly run downstairs.

Carlos: T.K?? You ready? Eddie is here 

T.K: I'm just getting the tent. Give me 5 minutes. Could you put my stuff into the pick up? 

Carlos: sure *laughs* 

I quickly grab the tent and the sleeping bag and run back upstairs. 

Owen: have fun *kisses T.K's head* 

T.K: thanks dad. I'll text you when we arrive *smiles and goes out* 

Buck: who's ready for an adventure? *grins* you need to sit in the back 

T.K: of course *laughs* we always sit in the back. 

Buck: because I'm the tallest. *laughs* 

Eddie: so Buck how was your vacation with your sister? 

Buck: it was good *smiles* three weeks driving and flying around the U.S. 

Carlos: which cities did you visit? 

Buck: Uhm Denver, Seattle, New York, Miami, Austin, Chicago aaaaand San Francisco.

T.K: wow sounds nice 

Buck: it was 

T.K: so how is it going with Taylor? *grins* 

Buck: she's on vacation. 

Carlos: still? Isn't she gone since the third week of vacation? 

Buck: yes she is but we are texting. 

Eddie: so when is she coming back? Is she going to be at the big school begin party? 

Buck: yes, she's coming back at That day and we will see each other later. Until that I just have my hand 

T.K: oh come on *laughs* what about you Eddie? How was your vacation? 

Eddie: we just visited our family in Mexico. It was okay 

Carlos: just México *laughs* Mexico is a nice country. 

Eddie: yeah but family visits are always soooo boring. We were there for 4 weeks *laughs* 

T.K: yeah okay i understand you 

Eddie: but it was okay *laughs*

We talk a Little Bit until I put my headphones in. I fall asleep until we are there. We unpack the car and start to set up the tents. Carlos and I are sharing a tent and buck and Eddie are sharing one. It's getting dark already and we start to cook dinner. I tell the others that I need to use the bathroom. I quickly grab my small bag and disappear into the forest. I take out my lighter and start to smoke my joint. I already feel better. After a few minutes I go back. 

The 5 days go by very fast. We drank a lot of beer and alcohol and had our fun. We went swimming everyday, walked through the forest at night and just had our fun. Today is our last evening and we just listen to music, sit at the fireplace, drink alcohol and talk. Carlos is the drunkest of us all. I'm high as fuck but I'm pretty sure no one notices. Carlos is laughing all the time. The fire is almost down now.

T.K: I think we should go to bed. Carlos is pretty drunk and we need to drive back tomorrow 

Eddie: I have to drive *grins* I'm not the drunkest so that should be fine. 

Buck: *looks into T.Ks eyes after he stumbled* are you high? 

T.K: what? 

Buck: you are High. I can see it in your eyes. You always looked like that on the parties when you smoked. 

T.K: I'm not high. I'm just drunk 

Buck: you're not drunk. You're high. Carlos is drunk. I was thinking about it the last few days. Every time when you came back from the „toilet" you had eyes like this. Why are you high? 

T.K: why is Carlos drunk? I could ask the same question. You are smoking too Buck.

Buck: yeah but only sometimes. You smoked the last 5 days every day. 

T.K: so what? Does it matter? It's my life.

Buck: no I was just asking. Take care that you don't get addicted. Or maybe you are already addicted. 

T.K: are you serious? Huh? I'm not a drug addict! 

Eddie: guys calm down 

Carlos: I'm going to bed *stumbles to the tent* 

T.K: he's saying I'm a drug addict! 

Buck: because you are. You are smoking everyday. Or is it more than that? Are you taking pills too? Come on show me your bag. 

T.K: no I'll not! You're not my dad 

Buck: oh I Wonder what he's saying about that 

T.K: don't you dare to tell him! *looks at buck angry and takes a step forward* 

Buck: are you threatening me? 

Eddie: okay it's enough! Buck you will not talk to Owen, it's T.Ks thing. We will go to bed now. We all are not in a good situation now to talk about it. 

He pushes buck into their tent. Eddie comes back and puts out the fire.

Eddie: T.K. I know it's your own thing but please be careful okay? We don't want to lose you because of all this.

T.K: I'm careful. I promise 

I crawl into the tent and lay down next to Carlos. I look at him. 

Carlos: are you really taking drugs every day? 

T.K: I'm smoking sometimes. Not everyday *looks into his eyes* 

Carlos: T.K be careful

Wow his eyes are so beautiful. I never really noticed how beautiful they are. Big brown beautiful eyes. Over the last few weeks I couldn't stop thinking about him. I stare into his eyes and he stares back. I quickly take the chance and kiss him. 

Carlos: woah *softly leans back* why are you kissing me? 

T.K: I...I...

Carlos: did I ask you to kiss me? You can't just kiss me. *looks at him angry* 

T.K: i'm sorry I...I'll sleep outside... 

I quickly take my sleeping back and crawl back outside. Carlos is looking at me very angry and disappointed. I go down to the lake and lay down. I stare at the lake, not able to fall asleep.
