Before civil war (civil war is 2016 btw)
In a normal household, a baby boy with brown hair was born in a hospital near the house of the husband and wife. The new couple who had now became a father and a mother respectively, smiled tenderly at each other in happiness.
"What should we name him?" The tired wife who was holding the newly born fetus, asked her husband as she was being sent back to her room via a gurney.
The father thought for a moment, "Ethan, Ethan Millers. How bout that Tia?"
Tia, or Tiana, looked at her newly born baby lovingly, "Ethan... That's a nice name." She replied absentmindedly.
Morris, who was the husband, noticed that his wife was tired. He immediately tried to coax her to rest as soon as they reached her hospital room. Tiana did not have any objections; she was indeed tired from the labor. Seeing that everything was fine, she didn't force herself to stay awake and after handing Ethan to Morris, she closed her eyes and went to sleep.
Morris on the other hand, gently placed Ethan within the cot in beside the Tiana's hospital bed. He then sat on the chair beside her, placed his head on her bed, and slept peacefully while holding her hand. This picturesque scene was seen by the newborn within the cot.
Looks like I have a normal family this time round. Was the only thought that went though Tsuna's mind before succumbing to sleep.

Year: 2016 (after civil war)
"Ethan~ Hi, Ethan~ How are you today? Have you been a good boy? I'm sure you have been, yes you are. You slept soo well that Marie is soo jealous of me being able to get a good night's sleep! Since you are awake, how bout saying bye bye to papa. Papa is heading to work!" Tiana greeted Tsuna as always after finding out that he had always woke up around 7am since he turned 2.
In fact, Tsuna would have liked to wake up at 6am, but since he haven't met anyone from his world here, he wanted to enjoy this life.
As for waking up soo early in the morning?
Tsuna says screw it, he is not a Mafia boss now anyway!
Then again... Is 7am not considered early?
Looks like Tsuna's worldwide view was skewed along with the whole Vongola Family.
After that day where Tiana had found out that Ethan was awake by 7.30am, she had always took Tsuna to say goodbye to his working father. As to whether her little Ethan could understand what she was talking about, well... She had never thought about that...
Today was as always; Tsuna send his father to work with a little giggle and he and his mother went back into the house.
Suddenly, Tiana exclaimed, "I forgot, I had never showed you the Avengers before did I? I'm sure you'll love them!" She then went to find her Stark pad and randomly choose a video on YouTube.
It just so happened that the video showed Byakuran killing leviathans right and left as if cutting cabbages in the background.
Tsuna, "..."
He looked up towards the ceiling in his mother's embrace and his right hand met his face. Well, ideally it would be so but he currently had very bad body coordination with his new body. So it ended up as his forearm hitting his face instead. However, Tsuna took no notice of that and had opted to sigh tiredly.
He ended up blowing bubbles with his saliva instead of sighing desolately.
Tsuna really feels like studying the back of his eyelids rather than acknowledging his present reality. He had the naïve thought that since he couldn't see Byakuran, Byakuran would just be a figment of his imagination and he would finally have the peace and quiet he had hoped for.
He looked back at the video.
Nope, does not work. Byakuran is still in the video creating chaos.
Abruptly, one of the many conversations with Yuni appears in his mind.
Tsuna was around his 70s at that time. Yuni's tea party was on that day and only the skys and Enma were invited. Seeing that Byakuran have not arrived, Tsuna plops down on the chair like the lazy bum he is.
Reborn was not invited anyway. Courtesy, elegance, bearing and what not be damned.
Tsuna then heard Yuni's laughter at the opposite couch.
"Rough day? I heard that your guardians destroyed training field gamma yesterday."
Tsuna groan incorrigibly.
A brief, but peaceful silence lingered in the air. The breeze that day was calming, as if nothing was going to go wrong that day. Since the underworld was in Vongola's control, there was less violent incidences happening. Other than important paperwork which requires his attention, the rest was leisure time and training for him.
"I hope that the next life would be this peaceful too." Tsuna suddenly muttered.
Yuni laughed in an all knowing manner. "Well, let's hope." She says cheekily.
Then, Byakuran barged in and broke the calm atmosphere.

Tsuna sighed with empty eyes looking at the ceiling.
Yuni knew all along didn't she.
Wait... Does that mean this was planned!?
No, dimensions are a tricky thing. It might have been due to Yuni being able to see the future.
But that does not mean she can see the future of us entering another dimension...? Since her future site only works on the dimension she is in.
Unless...
Byakuran and Yuni worked together...
That's not impossible; Yuni must have seen that we would definitely be transported to this dimension.
As to how much she knew, it is a mystery.
Tsuna sigh- this time without the mouth bubbles! Looks like he has to find Yuni to ask for more details and not jump into conclusion.
Though, his intuition tells him that this was all unintentional on Byakuran's part, but is best to reconfirm with another sky. It would be best to confirm with all three skies, but he does not feel like meeting Byakuran now. Especially since his body was now like- Tsuna looks at his flabby stomach and patted it two times and ignored it.
Well, out of sight and out of mind.
Reborn will not be glad of his student's current attitude but meh. He was not here anyway.

Somewhere within Sicily, Italy
"Achoo!" A ravenette sneezed.
"Oi, are you okay, kora!? It's rare that you'd sneeze. Does your new body have pollen allergies or something, kora." A boy with dirty blond hair who was the same age as the ravenette asked.
Of which, he got a kick to his face by the irked ravenette.
The boy with dirty blood hair effortlessly avoided that kick and said, "Geez, I was just worried, kora. No need to attack me just because of that, kora, reborn" He avoided another kick to his abdomen.
"Shut up, Colonnello. I'm thinking of the possible people who might be talking behind my back." Reborn replied.
Colonnello looked at Reborn speechlessly, "Do you honestly believe in that kind of superstition?"
Reborn shot Colonnello a look which immediately shut him up.
After a short span of silence Reborn concluded, "There is a high probability that it's the lackey somewhere!"
"...And how would you be so sure it's Skull?" Colonnello asked, skeptical.
"I'm not, but the lackey will definitely curse me at least once when he comes here so there's no issues with that conclusion." Reborn replied confidently.
"..." Colonnello gives up. I'll be a hassle to change Reborn's reasoning. Especially since Reborn's current family would fully agree with him.
Colonnello wonders if Reborn's current shift in personality was due to genetics.
In the end, Tsuna had very luckily dodged a metaphoric bullet. If he had not, he might have to end up dodging actual bullets when the time comes.
As for wok full of blame? Well, it has been dumped on poor Skull's head...
