Violetshine, from many angles, universes, and perspectives.(or: a series of (mostly) unrelated drabbles about violetshine. because i love her, and because she's important to me. information about each story will be in the author's notes.)

this is going to be different from a lot of my previous works. violetshine is a very important character to me. i wrote this story as a way to get some of my ideas down in a shorter format than usual, and to keep myself busy while i work on other stories.chapter ratings will range from G to T. this isn't a request fic; these are just some oneshots straight from my brain.i hope you enjoy.UPDATE: i realized i should probably put down the names of each song i reference within this story. the title of this fic is from "rolling girl" by wowaka ft. hatsune miku. i will update the notes of each chapter to add what song they're referencing

Since returning to ShadowClan, Violetpaw was desperate to prove herself.
She obeyed all of Dawnpelt's orders. She checked the elders for ticks without being asked. She helped Puddleshine in the medicine den whenever he needed an extra set of paws. She worked until she was collapsing into her nest at night, too exhausted to say goodnight to her foster siblings.
And while Rowanstar seemed happy to have her back, he never commented on anything that she did. He was just grateful that one cat had come crawling back.
Violetpaw resolved to keep working. Surely he would notice her efforts eventually...?
