Violetshine, from many angles, universes, and perspectives.(or: a series of (mostly) unrelated drabbles about violetshine. because i love her, and because she's important to me. information about each story will be in the author's notes.)

this is going to be different from a lot of my previous works. violetshine is a very important character to me. i wrote this story as a way to get some of my ideas down in a shorter format than usual, and to keep myself busy while i work on other stories.chapter ratings will range from G to T. this isn't a request fic; these are just some oneshots straight from my brain.i hope you enjoy.UPDATE: i realized i should probably put down the names of each song i reference within this story. the title of this fic is from "rolling girl" by wowaka ft. hatsune miku. i will update the notes of each chapter to add what song they're referencing

Sometimes Violetpaw thought about shutting out the rest of the world. She thought about running away and living alone somewhere, far from the Clans and the Kin and Darktail and Needletail and Twigpaw. She thought about starting a new life for herself, where she wouldn't have to worry about being loved.
But every time she imagined it, she realized how impossible it was. She couldn't handle being alone for a few heartbeats, let alone a few seasons. She had no choice but to stay by the lake forever, in the hopes of finding some cat desperate enough to love her.
