Chapter 16
A couple of weeks later Everyone was sitting chatting and having a good time when suddenly the power cut out.
“What happened, why did the power suddenly go out,” Natasha asks.
“Must be a power cut, there’s a storm outside” Tony says.
At that statement, everyone looks at Thor.
“It wasn’t me,” Thor says.
“I’ll go down and check the backup generator,” Tony says.
Tony goes to check the back-up generator and notices that the backup generator is also broken, he calls up his friend, but they can’t come and fix the electricity until tomorrow morning, so everyone has to spend the night in the dark.
Tony comes back upstairs to where everyone is waiting.
“OK guys the backup generator is also broken so looks like we’re going to have to spend until tomorrow morning in the dark good thing none of us are scared of the dark right,” Tony says
Natasha and Clint laugh
Amoril notice how quiet Loki has gone
“Loki You ok” Amoril says
“Of course I am I’m not worried about spending the night in the dark I’m not scared of the dark like a child,” Loki says
“Ok just checking,” Amoril says
A few hours later, everyone goes to their rooms
“I think you should keep an eye on Loki something's wrong he’s too quiet and has been since it went dark,” Amoril says
“Yeah I noticed it too he’s been really quiet since the power went out I’ll go and check him in a minute,” Thor says
Amoril went back to her room to get some sleep
She was awoken a few hours later by Bruce.
“You need to come and help us with Loki he’s having a panic attack or something, and we can’t calm him down he keeps saying we were illusions Thor's tried to calm him down but nothing working, ” Bruce says
“He did this on our way to earth I don’t even know what he’s talking about but for some reason, he keeps thinking we are illusions,” Amoril says on the way to Loki’s room
“Loki you need to calm down it’s ok,” Amoril says
“No, no you’re just illusions, none of you are real, he has me again,” Loki says covering his face with his arms sitting in the corner of his room.
“No Loki we are real I promise you need to take some deep breaths and calm down ok you're safe I promise,” Amoril says.
It took a while but eventually, Loki was calming down, but then Loki’s eyes rolled back, and he had a seizure.
Bruce put a cushion under his head and rolled him on to his side.
“We need to move the sofa out the way. Otherwise he might hit himself on it,” Bruce says
Thor then moved the sofa out of the way was ease, like someone moving a pillow around.
“I think it was the dark that set this off, he has been really quiet ever since the power went out,” Amoril says.
“I agree, but I didn’t know he was scared of the dark,” Thor says.
“I think it’s something to do with the person he keeps talking about he keeps saying that he’s got him again, and we’re just illusions I think it’s all connected, and he was having nightmares in the dungeons, but I thought that was because of what Alastor was saying and doing,” Amoril says.
“Yeah, I think I need to talk to him about it, hopefully he’ll let me,” Thor says.
The seizure stopped a few minutes later, Amoril and Bruce left Thor alone with Loki. Loki told Thor he was fine and Thor could tell Loki was exhausted from the seizure, so he left him alone to sleep and decided to ask about his nightmares another day.
