Chapter 15
Later that day, Bruce had the test results ready and printed them out and put them on the desk ready to show Loki later. Clint picked them up and went to show the others.
“I’ve got the test results, Bruce gave them to me to show you,” Clint tells Loki.
Everyone was sitting in the sitting room.
“It says that your results are clear and that there is nothing wrong with you, so you have been faking it The whole time,” Clint tells Loki.
“No, I haven’t,” Loki told him.
“It clearly states here there is nothing wrong with you, you can read if you don’t believe me” Clint explains.
Tony took it off Clint and looked.
“It does say you’re clear,” Tony informs Loki.
“Well, I’m not faking it,” Loki tells him.
“Stark, if my brother said he’s not faking I believe him the test must be wrong,” Thor tells Tony.
“Thor buddy the test can’t be wrong, this is a test that doesn’t come up wrong” Tony explains.
“I would like you to do it again,” Thor tells him.
“Okay, I will speak to Bruce and see if he can do it again, but it will more than likely come back with the same answer” Tony explains then leaves to talk to Bruce.
Loki got up to leave.
“Where are you going, why won’t You admit that you’re faking it,” Clint asked.
“I’m not faking, and I don’t care to carry this conversation on,” Loki tells him.
“Because you’re faking and don’t want to own up to the consequences,” Clint says.
“I’m not faking” Loki informs him.
Loki's heart starts to race against his chest he starts getting lightheaded and knows he has maybe ten more seconds before he has a seizure.
Loki carried on trying to leave, but his legs don’t want to hold him And he collapses, amoril catches him.
“You ok,” she asks.
Loki starts passing out.
“Thor, I think it’s going to have a seizure,” Amoril tells him. And helps Loki lay down. She moves his cane away from him so it’s out of the way if he has a seizure.
Thor goes over to Loki and puts his cape that was sitting on the side under his head.
“He’s faking it, it’s proven” Clint explains.
“He’s not faking this, I know he’s not,” Thor tells him.
“Look for yourself,” Clint announced.
Clint then passes Thor the paper
Thor reads it, and it states that Loki is clear there’s nothing wrong with him.
“The test is wrong. I know this isn’t fake. Amoril also believes it and I believe her” Thor states.
Loki then goes into a seizure, Amoril rolls him onto his side.
“Breathe, Loki. It’s all right.” Amoril tells him.
Loki’s left hand began to twitch more, his body began to jerk and spasm, worse. A deep, heaving grunt escaped his chest.
“Do you want me to go get Bruce?” Amoril asks.
“Please,” Thor said.
Amoril Left to go and get Bruce.
“Why are you still believing him, and you have literally seen Proof that he is faking?” Clint asked.
“Because that’s wrong, he isn’t faking it” Thor shouts.
“Clint you have said your bit you should leave now,” Steve tells him.
“Don’t tell me you believe him, as well it clearly states on this paper he’s faking it,” Clint told him.
“It must be wrong, he couldn’t possibly fake it to this level” Steve explains.
“Well, he is” Clint shouts.
Clint put the paper down and stormed out of the room, Natasha went after him.
Loki's's breaths huffed in grunts from his chest.
“It's okay, I believe you,” Thor tells him.
Bruce then runs into the room.
“How long has it been going on for,” Bruce asked.
“About four minutes,” Steve said.
“That’s not good,” Bruce said.
Bruce checks Loki's breathing, and it’s very slow.
“He’s breathing very slowly. We need to get him to the medby. We can wait 20 more seconds for the seizure to stop if it doesn’t we’re going to need to take him anyway. Otherwise he might stop breathing” Bruce explains.
“He’s not faking this. I know he’s not, the test must be wrong,” Thor tells Bruce.
“He’s not Clear, Clint must’ve seen my documents out on the table and made some fake ones,” Bruce tells Thor.
“So he isn’t Clear, ?” Steve asked.
“No, unfortunately not the test came back epilepsy, and also it looks like severe epilepsy. I think Clint tried to make it look like he was faking it, so then he would get sent home and away from him,” Bruce told Thor And Steve.
Bruce checks Loki's breathing again, which hasn’t improved.
“We need to get into the medbay, it's not improving” Bruce informs them.
Thor picks Loki up and takes him to the Medbay and gently places him on the bed, Bruce puts an oxygen mask on him and injects some medicine into Loki’s right arm.
Amoril enters The room.
“Clint faked it, he's not clear, there is no way he is clear” amoril said.
“We know Bruce has just told us The test came back epilepsy and severe” Steve told amoril.
“I’m going to go and speak to him,” Thor said angrily.
“I’ll stay with him, don’t worry” amoril calls out As Thor leaves the room.
“I probably should follow him to make sure he doesn’t do anything he will later regret,” Steve told Bruce.
“Yes that will be a good idea Tony has gone after Clint, but he might need backup with managing him and Clint,” Bruce said.
Steve leaves.
Bruce keeps on checking Loki's breathing
Bruce injects more medicine into Loki's arm.
Loki twitches a few more times and then goes completely limp.
“Is that the end of it,” Amoril asks.
“I think so it should be,” Bruce tells her.
“Loki, if you can hear me, and you need to take some deep breaths,” Bruce told him
Loki's breathing gets better.
“Was that just a normal Seizure or was it because of Clint,” Amoril asks.
“I think it’s a little bit of both, it was worsened by Clint,” Bruce tells her.
Then suddenly, Loki's limbs began to seize, jerking his body and tilting his head back into a painful angle. Amoril and Bruce watched as loki's arms spasmed, and he went into another tonic-clonic seizure.
“That’s 2 one after the other that’s a bad sign isn’t it,” amoril asks.
“It’s not great, but it’s to be expected when someone has severe epilepsy,” Bruce said, putting the oxygen mask back on Loki as it fell off when he went back into the seizure.
“People can have cluster seizures basically one after the other if it’s really bad which is what it looks like he is having,” Bruce tells amoril.
“He’ll be okay though, won’t he? Amoril asks.
“Yeah he should be, I'll have to keep an eye on him for a few hours just to make sure, but he should be okay” Bruce informed her.
Thor then came back.
“ He’s still having a seizure, that's not good, is it,” Thor said.
“Actually, this is the second one he’s having with severe epilepsy, it’s to be expected,” Bruce tells him.
The seizure then started to Calm Down.
“It’s going to take him a while to come around after this this was pretty bad, and he’s had quite a few today, so he’s probably going to stay asleep that’s nothing to worry about he should stay here until he is awake and alert, so I can keep an eye on him,” Bruce says.
“Okay I’m staying with him, I need to know he’s okay,” Thor tells Bruce.
“It’s fine I’m not sure why Clint wanted to convince all of you that he was faking it so bad, but he’s definitely not And I’m sorry because it’s my fault it was me as hulk that did this to him,” Bruce said.
“It’s not your fault you can’t control what you do as hulk, and he was the enemy and hulk wanted to stop him no one blames you banner.” Thor tells Bruce.
“I know, but I feel bad because it was me that did it,” Bruce tells Thor.
“He doesn’t blame you, and you shouldn’t feel bad you didn’t mean to do it if he hadn’t attacked New York then it wouldn’t have happened” Thor explains.
“I’ve actually been meaning to ask about that he seems so different than he was then that’s what Tony and Steve keep saying, and I’ve seen the footage from the New York attack he is entirely different I know he’s got epilepsy now and that might be the cause of his change of behavior, but I don’t think it is I think there’s something else we don’t know about New York,” Bruce says.
“On the way here he freaked out then acted like it was nothing, just wish he would talk to me about it,” Thor tells Bruce.
“ If we keep trying maybe he will, he’s always been a private person you know that,” Amoril tells him.
“Yeah, I know that, but there’s something about New York that I don’t know. I want to know what it just wished he would talk to me and tell me,” Thor said, starting to get annoyed.
“I don’t think it was completely him I think someone or something made him do it he’s too different from what he was before and now after, Hopefully, we will find out the answer even if we do unfortunately I don’t think Clint will forgive him or treat him much better, but it should come him down a bit” Bruce explains.
“I’ve spoken to him hopefully now there won’t be any more problems with him, I understand why he doesn’t like Loki, but I don’t want any problems between them, I don’t want Loki getting hurt or being more ill than he already is,” Thor said.
“That’s fair enough I’ll talk to Clint, and I’ll get Tony to as well, hopefully he’ll listen,” Bruce said.
Amoril went and got Loki his cane and Thor sat and waited for Loki to wake up. She then returned and placed it by the bed for when loki woke up.
It took 30 minutes for him to wake up.
“Loki are you ok” Loki heard someone ask but didn’t have enough energy to speak so nodded.
“Do you know where you are?” Thor asked.
“Of course I do, it's Stark tower,” Loki said, sitting up taking the oxygen mask off.
“Are You sure your OK?” Amoril asked.
“Yes I’m Fine” Loki told her.
“The paper Barton showed us was fake, he faked it banner has your real test results” Thor told loki.
“It’s bad isn’t it” Loki said.
“Yes I’m sorry I wish I was able to change it or stop what’s happening to you” Thor told him.
“I’ve told you it’s not your fault you don’t need to be sorry” loki told him.
“Just to let you know it is epilepsy I was right and quite severe but if you continue to take the medicine that I offered you 3 times a day it should lessen your seizures your will still have them and the fainting but it should be less”
“Ok thanks” Loki said, grabbing the cane and standing up.
“Don’t worry I have spoken to Barton and he shouldn’t bother you anymore” Thor told loki.
“It’s fine I get it” Loki said then left the room.
