What was Erased

[My A.D.D. brain is a strange place...]

Okay this story can be in the Avenger's point of view or Morgan Stark's point of view.

Also this is a Always a Villain Wanda story idea. I do this because most of my memories of her (outside of MCU) is from various comics in which 80% of the time she was a villain. That and it's what made sense for this idea.

After the events of Endgame something happened to the world at large. Only a few people recognize what has happened and make measures to ensure the truth is known in some form to the world.

The details are up to you but the basic premise is that Wanda's powers got a massive upgrade and she decided to mess with everyone's head. She "reset" the world back to the 90's, erasing the existence of the Avengers from their minds.
People that know what has happened work together to ensure the truth is known via creating the MCU movies.

Unfortunately the avengers and anyone associated with Stark were killed. However Morgan was sent away for safety. Wanda's magic made her believe she is just some random child of the system. She gets passed from home to home her whole life.

Morgan is just as smart as her father and is a fan of the MCU movies. (Along with various other things such as Stargate, anime, sherlock holmes or something)

However when Wanda realizes who Morgan is she does her best to kill her. (Wanda might have gone insane idk)

Let's just say that Wanda's magic has caused many people to turn the world into a chaotic war zone. Morgan's friends have been killed in various attacks. When she is running from another attack she slips into the New York Sanctum. The sanctum is filled with the decayed corpses of the sorcerers murdered by Wanda. Fortunately the spells around the sanctum are still working and cast out the magic from Morgan's mind.

Morgan now remembers who her family once was, she remembers their deaths, and has a breakdown in the sanctum.

From the corpse of Doctor Strange, the cloak of Levitation moves to her. It moves slowly as if it is still grieving. Morgan, being the marvel fan she is, knows the cloak is safe. She allows it to lead her to another room of your choosing. She finds a letter/or magic hologram that explains to her what can be done.

Strange saw this future during Infinity War, it was the only one that he could choose that would succeed. Not because of Tony Stark's sacrifice but because of Morgan Stark's determination that would come from it.

So Morgan begins to gather what survivors she can and brings them to the sanctum. She gains the assistance of some of the relics (not for her to use but for them to be used by the other survivors so that their previous wielders can be saved).

Morgan recognizes the need for the infinity stones and has a theory. Nothing can truly be destroyed in terms of atoms and matter...so what if she reforms them? To do this she needs something of them to use so the correct particles can be brought back.

So she and the other survivors search for her dad's grave. He was the last to use the stones, residue of their power will be left in his body.
She cannot stand the thought of seeing her fathers corpse so she allows the others to use the device she created to extract what is needed. She is there but turned away so as not to see.

She manages to pulled the particles of the infinity stones back into what they once were. Though it takes time for it to work.
Now all that's left is to correct the damage.

She knows that by doing this she could erase her own existence but that's okay to her.

She takes the stones, perhaps not realizing that the other survivors are doing a guardians of the galaxy deal by holding onto her just as she uses the stones. (Perhaps they did it last minute so she didn't have time to notice.)

The entire universe is undone before her eyes. She moves through various points in time and makes changes.

Leaving evidence of Loki's mind being controlled.

Using the trigger words to make Barnes help himself as well as asking him to inform her dad about what he was made to do. (Sort of a "your mission is to remember who you used to be, get therapy to help you accept who you are now, and maybe you can apologize to Tony when you remember the mission that made him an orphan" thing)

Leaving hints about Hydra.

Revealing the existence of Hela to Thor and Loki.

She also takes care of Wanda, be it ensuring she and her brother don't get powers or just eliminating Wanda.
(Personally I see Wanda as being an accidental tag along, her seeing Morgan before she gets her power. She's so pissed she goes to attack her and gets hit by a bus. Considering how her mental state was in the wanda vision show...I don't think this version of her would be much better. )

In the end the Avengers know that someone is going around leaving clues or taking care of threats before they had the chance to do anything. When Infinity war begins the battle happens like Endgame however when Tony uses the stones Morgan is there.

She convinced Wong and the other sorcerers to portal everyone close to Tony so she and they could share the burden. When Morgan shouts to grab someone they listen. She grabs Tony while someone else (possibly Peter Parker) grabs her back. Everyone else is grabbing each other along with the one that grabbed Morgan.

When Tony is about to use the stones Morgan says something along the lines of "dad please"

He snaps, the enemy falls to dust, and Tony's arm is barely even burned. (Like because the burden was so spread out everyone feels like when you get hit with a mild flash burn)

Tony looks at Morgan who hasn't vanished yet and is in shock.

"You...you called me dad"

Everyone remains quiet but shocked, especially when she starts to become see through.

Morgan's purpose is done, the world corrected. She smiles at him  and looks to her mom who is equally shocked.

"I'm sorry...everything was just so bad...there was no other way."

Tony and Pepper are close to tears when Strange speaks up.

"You took great risk, you might have been erased all together!"

Everyone looks horrified by that while Morgan just shrugs.
"Maybe...i... I don't know if I will be born now with all the changes I made."

At some point her parents beg for her name and she tells them with a smile. She ends up in a group hug with her parents before she fades away.
Pepper breaks down into tears.
Many others are crying or look solemn.
Tony's face is grim as he stares at the spot where his daughter was. He asks strange quietly if he will look into the future for him. Strange doesn't argue, he just nods and takes the time stone back.

Morgan and the other survivors didn't completely know what they were doing when using the stones. So Strange's answer surprised even himself.

Morgan will exist, she and the others who shared her burden will exist and they will remember the world they'd come from.

So years later when a five year old Morgan wakes one night in a fit of tears her parents will choke up. Because she will look at them and cry,
"I'm alive?"
