Why Hawkeye deserved to survive Avengers Endgame

Summary
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I want to make that clear. But since the Black Widow film came out, hell since Avengers Endgame came out, and Natasha Romanoff [Black Widow] lost her life to save the world / return it to normal, the level of HATE that I’ve seen for Clint Barton / Hawkeye [now Ronin?] has been horrific!Natasha was an amazing and complex character, there is no disputing that, she dominated the franchise since her first appearance, and I legitimately cried at her demise. But to say it should have been Clint, and people posting threats to stop watching or making disgusting comments against the writers or Jeremy himself is simply childish. I want to show his qualities and why he deserved to live.
Note
Will give my views on each film, and Hawkeye's part in them.

What If?

Hi all!

It's been a while, but I now have much more material to further explain why Hawkeye is awesome!

This link is not mine, but explains in detail about [spoiler] Clint's sacrifice in What If?
https://screenrant.com/what-if-hawkeye-endgame-sacrifice-death-perfect/

In What If?, Clint is not getting his family back and he has lost his fight so makes a sacrifice play to stop the Ultron robots, and takes them out in spectacular fashion.

The saddest part is he leaves Natasha, but his loss was too great to recover from.

It's interesting that I found fan reactions to this on YouTube, and so many were gutted as his sacrifice, compairing it to Natasha's in Endgame. Which shows how people have come round to him since Endgame came out.

In What If...?, Clint lost his family when Ultron released the world's nuclear weapons. So, in an attempt to save Natasha and an Ultron sentry containing Arnim Zola's A.I., Clint was the one to let go of Natasha's hand, sacrificing himself for the greater good.

The series mirrored the shot from Endgame where, instead of Natasha looking up at Clint before freeing herself from his grasp, Hawkeye is the one looking up at Black Widow.
"I don't want to fight anymore."
