What comes next?
What hurts the most is the small scene at the end of Tony’s funeral [in Avengers Endgame] between Clint and Wanda – their unique bond is so sweet, and doesn’t get enough credit:
CLINT: You know, I wish there was a way– that I could let her know. That we won. [Looks over to Wanda.] We did it.
WANDA MAXIMOFF: She knows– They both do. [Clint gives her a side hug and Wanda reciprocates.]
He became a mentor / father to her in Age of Ultron, and gave her the option to join the Avengers to become better / more than what Strucker helped turn her into.
In Civil War, he talked her into leaving the Tower, not by threats or torture, but by understanding her situation.
Then in Infinity War / Endgame, I have no doubt he would have been devastated to find out she was lost the Snap too.
I had hoped he might make an appearance in the first Marvel series, WandaVision, and was disappointed he did not.
They clearly care for each other, and he knows loss, and would I believe been able to get through but that’s now a fanfiction for another day.
Speaking of, I’m not surprised but sad again that Clint didn’t make a small cameo in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Granted Clint wasn’t brainwashed for very long, but sadly under Loki’s control back in the first Avengers, Clint was partly responsible for many agents deaths.
He could have offered a personal insight for Bucky, but again, opportunity missed.
Now I haven’t had the pleasure of watching Black Widow yet, but from what I’ve heard and the clips I’ve found, it’s closing scene / end credits are a big set up for the future Marvel series, namely Hawkeye.
A new “villain/bad-guy” introduced in FATWS:
Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine.
She’s already got John Walker/Captain America/U.S. Agent onside, and now she seems to have got Natasha’s “secret” sister onside, and she is spreading a massive pack of lies:
As mentioned before, Natasha was not shown to get a funeral in Endgame, which was frankly insulting as Tony got one BUT... At the end of Black Widow, Yelena [her younger sister] goes and visits Natasha's gravestone -- yet to be seen if that was put there by Natasha/Yelena's family [from Russia] or the Avengers family.
Either way, Valentina shows up and gives Yelena Clint’s picture [notably, dressed as Ronin] and says he killed Natasha, and he’s her next target:
Oh sh----t!!!!
Now why she’s lying remains yet to be seen, but if they are following the comics, she could be creating the “Dark Avengers”, and this would lead her to eliminating the “Good Avengers”:
They’ve already lost four!! [5 counting Pietro Maximoff / Quicksilver]
• Black Widow [Natasha]
• Vision
• Iron Man [Tony]
• Captain America [Steve]
6 counting Black Panther / T’Challa [sadly, the actor Chadwick Boseman passed away] – [as far as I am aware, they are NOT re-casting him. So someone will have to step up to the mantle, my money is on Shuri.
PLUS Thor!! As he's now joined the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Bruce/Hulk has got a busted arm from bringing back everyone lost to the Snap -- will have to see how that impacts him. [either way, he's not as strong or brutal as he was as "Hulk".
Spider Man [do not know when this is going to be picked up as his identity was exposed by Mysterio in Far From Home back in 2019] - best guess will be the next Spider Man film - Spider-Man: No Way Home December 17, 2021 [info from Wikipedia]
SO!
Back to the matter at hand:
Hawkeye / Ronin --- he's still alive as he's got more to do: teaching Kate Bishop [in the comic books, she becomes the next Hawkeye]
He's got to atone for the crimes he committed under the 5 year Snap.
He's got to raise his kids,
Be a husband,
Determine if he's still cut out to be an Avenger,
Mourn Natasha, AND...
Hopefully, have a good fight, maybe cry and talk with Yelena -- she's set to be sticking around in the Marvel would so they either have to make peace or kill one another, we shall see.

Who knows what will happen, in one of the next Marvel films, Eternals:
After an unexpected tragedy following the events of Avengers: Endgame (2019), the Eternals—an immortal alien race created by the Celestials who have secretly lived on Earth for over 7,000 years —reunite to protect humanity from their evil counterparts, the Deviants...
