Lamentis again
Loki and Mobius are on Lamentis 1.
Relieved that at least this time he has a working Tempad Loki surveys his surrounding. How did Sylvie survive living like this for so long? She really is amazing. He fees pride and then he quickly remembers that he may never see her again. His Sylvie. He signs, and turns to Mobius.
“Let’s get your memories back” he says. “Are you ready? I have to warn you that I’ve not had a lot of practice, but I was taught by the best.”
Mobius holds out his hand and Loki takes it in his. After a few seconds Loki makes the connection again. This time he delves deeper, beyond Mobius’s last memory with him.
He sees Mobius’s final discussion with Renslayer before she stepped thought the portal. He sees Mobius driving towards Sylvie in a car in the void. He sees Mobius being pruned and waking up in the void, he sees him learning the truth about the TVA and the fact that he is a variant.
Loki separates his mind. He suspects that awakening these memories will have been quite an ordeal for Mobius. He looks at his friend to see if he is ok.
Mobius looks distressed. But he looks at Loki and simply says “My friend.”
“Where is Sylvie?” Mobius adds.

Sylvie shows Wanda the Tempad she stole from HWR. “This is a means of moving between realities,” she explains. “The problem is that the other Tempads I’ve used are programmable, I’m not sure what controls this one. I have a suspicion there is reason why it sent me here though.”
She wonders where it sent Loki. Swallowing that thought for later, she continues: “I think if we can work out how it works then we might be able to use it” she completes the sentence in her head: “to get back to Loki”.
Wanda suddenly recognises the implication of this device. A device that could allow her to move through the multiverse looking for her own family. She briefly considers telling Sylvie her own story before figuring that it would probably do more harm than good.
“We have to figure out how it works then” she says.
