William 'Billy' Maximoff Wayne - He is the quiet and reserved twin. He mostly doesn't talk and likes to hang out with Damian. He has the ability to warp reality.
Thomas 'Tommy' Maximoff Wayne - He is the talkative and adventurous twin. He talks a lot and likes to be mischievous. He doesn't like Damian that much because of his cold personality. He can run at supersonic speed and can blow stuff up.
Richard 'Dick' Grayson/Nightwing - He is the twin's oldest adopted brother. He likes to spoil the twins.
Jason Todd/Red Hood - He is the twin's second-oldest adopted brother. Tommy and he likes to play pranks around the house.
Tim Drake/Red Robin - He is the twin's third-oldest adopted brother. He mostly babysits the twins so they won't cause much ruckus, especially Tommy.
Damian Wayne/Robin - He is the twin's adopted brother who is older by one year. Damian acts cold and distant to everyone but he has a soft spot for Billy. Damian is quite possessive of Billy.
Jonathan Kent/Superboy - Damian's best friend. He has a massive crush on Tommy, much to Damian's annoyance.
Wanda Maximoff - The twin's biological mother. She created the twins using her reality-altering powers and a piece of a demon's soul.
Vision - The twin's somewhat biological father. He wants nothing more than to have his family whole again.

Summary
Wanda gave birth to twins but due to the nature of their birth, a certain demon comes looking for them. In order to save them, she sent them to another universe so the demon cannot find them.
Two small boys appeared in front of the Wayne manor and what did Bruce Wayne do? Of course, he adopted them.
This is the story of Billy and Tommy and their lives with the Wayne family.
