Chapter 3
As soon as Marc entered the room, he changed into the Moon Knight suit. It hadn’t been washed yet so it was stained in the blood from the other night.
Moon Knight had arrived at the avengers tower. They stayed hidden while a small moon shaped drone flew up to the windows, trying to find a certain floor.
Moon Knight chuckled to themselves as Tony, Cap and Clint were talking about Marc. But stopped as Tony went on to mention what happened with Spider-Man and what he saw.
“He said they were brutally smashing those guys heads in, a few had broken limbs and one was missing fingers!”
“Should we look for this person in white?” Steve added.
“I don’t know. I just don’t want Peter anywhere near someone like that.”
“I could look.” Clint suggested.
“I don’t believe that for a second.” Tony laughed.
Steve was staring at the window. “We’re being watched.” He whispered.
“What—“
“Up there, a drone.” He nodded to the window.
“Clint, looks like you’ll be getting some help. I’ll get info on them while you go outside.”
“Like right now?” Clint blinked.
“Yes. They could be there now.” Tony began pushing Clint to the elevator.
By the time Clint got down, Moon Knight had just put the drone away and was ready to run.
“HEY!” Clint yelled, aiming a net arrow at the legs.
Clint kept running after them until he had lost them in an alleyway. “Man, I’m so tired.”
Clint was caught off guard when Moon Knight had pounced onto him from above. Knocking his bow away out of reach.
“Who are you?” Clint asked.
Moon Knight continued to stare down at Clint, hands gripping his wrists.
“A ghost if you’d like.” Moon Knight shrugged.
“Really?!” Clint gasped wide eyed.
“I don’t know. You’re Hawkeye yet you missed that first shot.” Moon Knight laughed.
“Can you let go of me now. You aren’t going to beat me up are you?”
Moon Knight continued to laugh, not moving off of Clint.
“I’m guessing that’s a no for the first one. Or maybe a yes for the second?” Clint sighed.
“No I’m not. You’re alright, it’s just Stark that I don’t like, or that spider.”
“Why?”
“Why what?”
“Spidey isn’t that bad. He’s a great kid but man, can he talk.”
“You lot aren’t gonna find anything on me. I’m a ghost remember.” If the mask wasn’t there, they would be winking.
“Yeah yeah. Now get off.”

“Did you get them?” Was the first thing Tony asked when Clint came back to the tower.
“We had a little chat.”
“And?”
“They aren’t that bad. But they did make me uncomfortable. Didn’t get their name though.” Clint sat back down on the couch.
“I’ll find out eventually. The internet should have something on them.”
“They said you won’t find anything and that they are a ghost.”
“I’m sure S.H.I.E.L.D has something. But keep looking for them, talk more.”
“Want me to invite them over, maybe have a drink?” Clint joked.
