Matt would be confused at first, not knowing what "non-binary" meant. After you explained it, he would say that it's an interesting concept and would want to know more about the lgbtqia+ community. If you use they/them pronouns or neopronouns , he would respect it. "Does Foggy know? Should I use those pronouns when I talk to him about you ? The last thing I want is to out you."
