Summary
This is the third in a series, following An Uncertain Future and Healing. The guys are on their way back to New York and Stark Tower. Although Yori Nakajima's death has cancelled the bounty on Bucky's head, he's still wanted by most law enforcement agencies on the planet.Steve, and the rest of the Avengers, are committed to bringing Bucky in from the cold. Bucky just knows that he needs to stop killing, whatever the cost to himself.

Bucky had left behind the new clothes Pepper had given him when he’d fled Stark Tower. All he’d had were the clothes on his back, and his black leather jacket, which he’d snagged on the way out.
He hadn’t worried about it too much. There’d been a lot going on.
Their first morning back at the Tower, Steve and Bucky woke to a soft knock at the door.
In the hall was a basket filled with Bucky’s clothes, and a tray with a ridiculous amount of coffee, pancakes, juice, and bacon.
On top of the tray, a note.
