Part 1

All Quirkless individuals are considered to be an adult at the age of 12. That single law was able to give birth to the new company Bakugo Industries. At the age of 14, Katsuki Bakugo had expanded the business outside of Japan, ensuring more homes and businesses were using clean energy and had the best security systems available. At 15, Bakugo Industries was the first company to get a partnership with Yaoyorozu Support Incorporated. At 15 years old, he was shown a glimpse of how cruel the world could be.

The crimson eyed teen was currently sitting in a meeting. He sat at the head of the table while representatives of companies sat to his right and left. Only a couple owners could make it for the meeting. The teen put on his biggest smile.

“Hello everyone, I would like to start off by saying thank you for making it all the way out here. Now I do see a new face among you, so why don’t we let them introduce themselves.” He sat back in his chair as a man stood up. He wore a black suit with thin white stripes. He had on a green tie that was brighter than the green in his eyes. While the man was balding, there was still some brown hair on top of his head. Bakugo ended up noticing the man’s large nose first.

“Thank you Mr Bakugo. My name is Rikiya Yotsubashi, I’m the owner of Detnerat.” The good mood of the teen hand vanished. “I had heard glowing reviews of your security systems and was wondering if we could strike up a partnership.” The man had a massive smile on his face, but it never quite reached his face. The teen kept his smile up, even if he could feel that something wasn’t quite right.

“Well, a partnership would be nice, but partnerships have positives both ways. Last time I checked, you are a lifestyle support company. I’m not sure how those products benefit my company in the long run. If you have ideas, I would love to hear them.” The man’s smile never faded, but a glint appeared in his eyes.

“Well, business wise, I understand that I’m unable to truly help there. I was thinking of your employees mostly.” The people around the table tensed. The last time anyone made a snide remark about Katsuki’s employees, the company they came from was run into the ground faster than All Might could save a cat out of a tree. The dangerous glint in his eyes intensified as he put his hands together in front of him. Yotsubashi never seemed to pick up on it. “I would provide them additional benefits, should they ask or need them.”

“Benefits… What benefits could you give them? Do you mean support items? If so, you need a new reason, Yaoyorozu Support Incorporated already offers that to my employees should they ask.”

“Well then, I can offer up my own staff members to take over for some of your… less than perfect employees.” The doors to the meeting room were opened quickly by Eagle. The brown haired man looked around.

“Oh, I’m sorry. Keep going, Eagle is designed to open the doors should it start getting hot in here.” Bakugo’s smile turned into a sneer as his eyes never left the man. He quickly cleared his throat.

“Well, my men could easily come in and help with their Quirks. I’m sure they could be more useful than the… Quirkless you keep employing.” Everyone was silent after that. Some gave a small glance to Katsuki, while others looked at Rikiya like he was a dead man. The teen let out a quiet chuckle.

“Oh, is that it? Well, I can say that you can get out of this building and never step foot in it again.”

“Par-” Katsuki waved his hand.

“No, stop talking. I gave you the time to speak. I hire other Quirkless individuals because no one else is willing to give them the time of day. They are the most hardworking people I have ever met, and by disrespecting them, you disrespect me. So now, you can get the hell out of my building, you damn extra.” Not only was the man getting glared at by Bakugo, he was also getting glared at by other people sitting at the table. Without a word, he pushed his chair in and left the room. From there, he was led out of the building by security. For the crimson eyed teen and everyone else in the meeting, it went off without a hitch.

The sun had set by the time the teen had left his building. He put a bluetooth device in his ear and turned it on. The only sound that could be heard was his feet hitting the ground with every step he took. As he entered the garage, a familiar voice rang out in his ear.

“Hello sir. How was your day?” Katsuki smirked.

“Well, besides having my employees insulted is never fun, kicking the guy out who did it was amazing though.” He got into his car as it started right up. The device in his ear glowing blue, the same as the car’s steering wheel. Once connected, Eagle started to drive the car out of the garage.

“I have tried calling both Sir Izuku and Miss Momo, neither of them answered.” The smirk fell and a quiet sigh escaped him. As much as the business meant to him, he still hated that he couldn’t see his friends as much because of it.

“Honestly, I’m considering offering them a job just so I’m not bor-”

“Sir, sorry to cut you off, but I can’t view the security cameras.” Bakugo pulled his phone out instantly, quickly going through his security. He found that all of it had been disabled.

“Shit. Eagle, notify the police and start creating backdoors into the system. Ensure it’s back up and running. Ensure that no other security system has been compromised.” Eagle quickly contacted the police while Katsuki was swiping through cameras and hacking into his own system. Taking too much time, he put the phone down and had holograms shot up. Eagle was currently driving quickly and efficiently, ensuring that he got Bakugo out of the garage.

“Sir, the police have been notified. Tsukauchi and his men are on their way.” The blonde took the information in stride, finally breaking into his systems. He scrolled through the cameras, but he wasn’t quick enough. A heavily armored SUV slammed into the car. Katsuki’s head slammed into the window as the car flipped over and rolled on to its roof. The car kept moving and slammed into the wall, jostling the passenger even more. When everything was said and done, he was getting dragged out of the car, blood dripping down his face. The device was ripped out of his ear as he was thrown into the SUV.

“We got him boss.” A husky voice sounded out. It was the last thing he heard before he collapsed. He quickly lost consciousness as he laid in the back of the vehicle.
