Summary
Peter Parker was just a normal kid who occasionally cosplayed a spider and risked his life on the daily. He also just happened to live at Stark Industries. And he just happened to be attending a field trip at his home today. Pretty typical teenager behaviour if he ask me.Oh also, the avengers are desperately trying to shoot Peter. In other words, this is my first work here and I'm trying to fit every stereotype you've ever heard of into one story.
Note
Y'all this is the first fanfic I've ever written. Don't be nice tho I would like some brutal honesty. I have done much research by reading almost every Peter Parker field trip fic. Thank you for reading and enjoy!!

the wheels on the bus go round and round

"What the fuck, Parker?!"

Peter had just managed to practically collapse onto one of Flash's cronies trying to stop his fall. To be fair, he was only falling in the first place from Flash's foot jutting on in the middle of the aisle.

"Omg i'm so sorry man", Peter stuttered out.

"yeah, whatever"

It was a testament to how distressed Peter was that he hadn't reacted to Flash fast enough in the first place. He was genuinely getting concerned about how much this field trip had been affecting him this past week. He'd had far too many close calls involving knives and various sensitive body parts. Don't get him wrong, he wasn't worried about the injury part with his fast healing and all but more terrified of Mr. Stark finding out he'd been injured on night time patrol again. The last thing he needed right now was his suit getting taken, or the honestly worse possibility of Aunt May finding out.

"you're going to walk into a pole again" MJ muttered from her side at the back of the bus, too quiet for anyone but Peter and his special secret spider senses.

"no, I'm not", Peter humpfed back. A totally very mature response if you ask him. He sat down next to Ned. Well more accurately, practically on top of Ned with how cramped the bus was. 50 sweaty teenager kids in one school bus perhaps wasn't the smartest logistical choice the school had made that year.

The situation evidently wasn't very off-putting to his best friend who was almost vibrating in his seat. Ned was literally the most loyal boy he'd ever met and was clearly trying to contain his excitement, likely for Peter's benefit. With the amount of moaning he'd done over the last week it wasn't exactly a secret that he wasn't ecstatic for this trip.

"Hey Pete, I know I already asked but do you think we might see some avengers"

"yeah Ned, probably. They're not exactly the kind of people to just stay in their room all day," he replied.

As much as he was hoping he didn't see even a single member of his faux family there was a little piece of him that hoped Ned got to meet his idols even just for a little bit.

Besides, today was game day. And even if Peter had no clue how this trip was going to turn out, the Avengers presence today was inevitable.
