The beginning

When Loki was finally taken out of SHIELDS custody, he thought that he was going to be sent back to Asgard with Thor. In his mind he was debating whether or whether not he would get tortured in Asgard, but instead of getting transported home to Asgard, the heroes brought him back to the Tower of Stark. Apparently, the man of iron had already repaired the damages, and the team of heroes all had rooms there as well.
As he got into his room he wasn’t surprised to see the lack of windows, it was safer for them, but would also be a painful reminder for him that he isn’t free. But even though there was an obvious lack of personality in this blank room, it was pretty luxurious. The bed looked comfortable, there was a closet filled with clothes, a drawer and even a bathroom just for him.
“You better rest Reindeer Games, you’re gonna have a busy day tomorrow”, was the last thing Stark said before exiting the room. Loki sighed, but sat down on the bed. His magic was nearly drained after the long contact with the staff, the link in his mind with The Other and having to heal himself over and over again. Even though all of these things Loki used magic to get into some night garments. A part of him knew that he shouldn’t rest, but not knowing whether it was his own senses or The Others, Loki selected to ignore it. Soon, he fell into restless sleep.

Loki awakes with a small cry. As he blinks to focus his eyes, they fall on the door that just opened. In the doorway its Stark again, but he doesn’t look satisfied with Lokis distress. Showing weakness would make The Other smile. His pride had always stopped him from showing weakness, and even though he wonders if his weakness would satisfy Stark, his pride still stops him. The mask of The Shadow Prince and Silvertounge slips over his distress.
“Are you alright Lokes?”, Stark asks him with concern and sympathy dripping from his voice.
“Yes Stark, your prisoner haven’t completely lost it just yet… you can leave”, Loki replies with a groan. False sympathy was worse then hate and abuse.
“Umm so I’m supposed to make sure you’ll eat, so just get up and change into something? I’ll just… wait outside your door like a creep I guess?”, is the Man of Irons last words before he closes the door.
Loki groans again, but he does exit the bed. After going through his closet, he decides on a slim pair of black pants and a green t-shirt. It’s not anything fit for a Prince of Asgard, but that’s not what he is anymore, is it? He never was. After quickly undressing and then putting on the Midgardian clothes, he runs his fingers through his hair. It’s full of tangles that he does not have the time to untangle right now. Therefore he simply puts his hair in a low bun, it will do for now.
After taking a deep breath Loki carefully opens the door. Stark is standing outside, disassembling and reassembling an ink-pencil. Stark looks up when Loki walks out of the room.
“You look nice Reindeer Games, should have worn that in New York and I would have offered more then a drink”, the Midgardian says with a wink. Loki rolls his eyes and decides to ignore the engineer. Stark keeps chatting with him, not bothered with the fact that Loki does not reply, while he takes him to the kitchen area.
“Time for you to officially meet the whole time under friendlier terms then last time you met all of us!”, Stark says before turning around the corner, where the rest of the Avengers are sitting.
“What the hell are you doing?!”
