Pity party~
After some hours, what started as a tea party turned into the most fun gathering I had attended in YEARS!. In the end, more people came over: Akiko Yosano (who is Koyo's girlfriend) Ranpo Edogawa, Edgar Allan Poe, Mushitaro Oguri...
In the end, we played board games and card games half of the people got mad over, spilled secrets of everyone (what was said there stayed inside the dorm walls) and I got up to date with the drama surrounding my new classmates. The moment I was asked to go outside to get more tea was the moment butterflies started to roam inside my stomach.
As soon as I got out of the room and wandered around the halls, getting to the other side of the dorms' building while looking for the vending machines, I felt my back softly hitting the wall. Next thing I know, someone's face is inches away from mine. As I look upwards, I surprisingly encountered Ryuu's smirk and deep eyes looking at me... "OH MY GOD Ryuu, do'nt scare me off like that!" I noticed he was holding me, and a faint blush appeared to decorate my cheeks. "Umm, Ryuu, why are you holding me like this?" In that instant I saw Ryuu avert his eyes from mine, finally getting all the answers my mind longed for. "Ever since you came back, I have wanted to tell you something, 'tsu." I felt comfortable in his embrace (as he let me go and we hugged instead), but I didn't understand what he was talking about. Before asking Ryuu more questions, I felt my cheeks go red at the sight: Ryuu was coming really close to my lips, nearer at every second that went by (and yes, I started panicking right away). I didn't know how to voice my panic, so I just hoped for the best and let myself go with the flow- "WHAT THE FUCK-" That was the last thing I heard before I went back to the real world.

Meanwhile, at the party:
"Isn't Atsushi taking too much time just to get us more tea and snacks?" Chuuya was actually a bit concerned, the fair haired individual had been gone for 10 minutes when he voiced his concerns. "There is no way they were kidnapped or something, but the vending machine is just 3 minutes away!" At that point, the topic went from planning the next gathering to trying to set up a quadruple date and back to Atsushi's whereabouts. "Oh my god, they have an incredibly bad sense of orientation, they might have got lost!" Lucy cried out. "Well, either way I'm sure they'll be back with the chips and tea soon, we don't have to worry." Sigma intervened. With that they seemed to give up the topic, but Kyouka said something that left everyone else at loss for words. "Guys, aren't the vending machines by Akutagawa's dorm?" She said it out of curiosity, but Chuuya's chuckle made Lucy and Sigma take a guess about what might be happening right now in the halls, or even worse, in the black haired boy's dorm. "MY GOD, I CALLED IT!!!" Chuuya smiled to himself as he thought he had just secured a bet's win. "Ah, if they don't come back sooner or later, I don't care if with messy hair or not, I'll go get my snacks myself." Ranpo, who was tired of waiting for his awaited sweets, voiced in a serious voice.
In the end, it only took 5 minutes more for Atsushi to get back to the dorm with everything the rest asked for and a surprisingly calm looking face. "Atsushi, you're finally back! We were wondering what you were doing!" Chuuya, who was trying to guess if his prediction had been correct or had happened just yet, welcomed Atsushi back. "Yeah, did you even see Akutagawa? The vending machines are by his dorm." Atsushi noticed a hint of an smile in Kyouka's face, now it all made sense. They wouldn't get the satisfaction they longed for though, as they hadn't got it before because nothing had happened between Ryuunosuke and them. "Well, we talked for a couple minutes but then we encountered Tachihara so I went to get our supplies" I said in a neutral tone. I felt Chuuya's face get a bit disappointed, but I let it go. "Shall we continue then?" The rest of the group agreed on that and the gathering went on for some more hours.

Tachihara's pov:
"WHAT THE FUCK-" I had just witnessed RYUU trying to kiss ATSUSHI. Trying to fucking kiss Atsushi. And, with no further thoughts inside my brain, I blurted out the first thing that came to my mind. Man, I despise my luck. I had to be right there and then just when my friend was about to confess. The look in Ryuu's face didn't make me feel very secure as I could hear the irritated boy even if he weren't speakin. "Tachihara, WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU HERE???!" I felt my face go white when I turned around to face my friend. Next to him, Atsu looked flustered and about to explode from turning red, but before I could speak they pushed Ryuu to one side and told him "Ryuu, this feels like a very important matter to you, so maybe discussing it another time in another place would be more suitable than here, in the halls, like this and with our friend looking at us." It felt like Ryuu was going through an aneurism, and I felt a bit bad. I felt worse about what was going to happen to me, though.
Once Ryuu had calmed down (only thanks to the hands of Atsu and a forehead kiss; god bless Atsu for potentially saving my life)
The last thing Atsu said kind of startled me as I was deep in my thoughts and desperately trying to think of an escape to run away from Ryuu. "Boys, now if you excuse me I'll be on my way. A tea party isn't one without tea and snacks, am I right?" I didn't, on the contrary, hear whatever Atsushi whispered to Ryuunosuke before they left.
"Ryuu, I didn't do it on purpose-" The rest of the afternoon was blurry for Tachihara after that.
Ryuunosuke's pov:
I COULDN'T BELIEVE Tachihara had to run into us JUST as I was about to confess. 'tsu and I's almost kiss ABSOLUTELY DEMOLISHED. As I watched 'tsu go away, I cursed myself for choosing the hallways, and I decided I would wait until the day of the party to confess for real.
"Now that 'tsu has gone back to their party, YOU won't escape..." Tachi's pale face looked terribly funny in my eyes
